i agree to some points raised by you about Barun.. i don't believe in naming calling of anyone for that matter..
PH selected correct actors for this show, unfortunately main lead opted to leave after he become famous world wide thru this show.. earlier i never know that this person existed, though i used to watch DMJ ...now PH cannot stop him leaving because his contract might have finished after 1 year..
It is entirely PH's fault in selecting the main leads of ANY show for that matter.. they should have interviewed them besides looking at their acting skills to know how long they will stick to the show, their loyalty etc, since PH invest lots of money in creating a concept, getting the right people, training the new actors so much effort going wasted due to A Person's decision who's life is already set.. selecting Barun for this show was their mistake.. they needed to strengthen their HR dept..
EK's show BALH she waited years to get RAM to sign.. then she started the show.. RAM is more busier then this Barun!! that shows the management skills of Balaji production house...which Gul to needed to learn, since it is her investment.. her baby no one else..
Gul also needed to learn to limit the work hours of actors..needed to look at the infra- structure facilities, labour work hours and pattern etc and make sure that each and every one of them works 8 hours in a day not more!! if Gul make them 24/7 working hours for her staff result will be many leaving the show, which even she cannot blame them .. it is natural for any human being who wanted to breath , spent time with family, take care of health..
most of the indian shows i read news like actors are dehydrated, hospitalised, why don't they have a life after the show?? don't they like to spent time with family and friends.. socialisation is also a part of life..
i appreciate people who make huge hue and cry here make a petition to broad casting ministry related to the work hours , health and safety issues on work place , and the way these shows are giving agony to the viewers, and get a system in place like western countries, that will be more useful than name calling and being abusive over others
