CHAPTER -5
The guest house was fully decorated. Everyone was busy with their chores except for Arjun & Riya who were still sleeping... Mahesh had a call and after that Hetal, Rahul &Revathi were gloomy.
Hetal: (in tears) I can't leave my children alone soon after their marriage.
Rahul: Hetalji... I could understand your pain. But we have no option, otherelse the bussiness deal will slip out of our hands.
Revathi: Yes Hetal, don't worry. I am sure Riya would manage it. But I worried for Renu. I think I have to send her to the hostel (in tears)
Mahesh: Lets keep it as a secret, we shall tell the kids after going to the temple. By the way Rahul, I have booked the tickets. The flight is at 11:30 pm...
Everyone nods and leaves to get ready to go to the temple
* * * * * * * * *
Chotu: Arjun... Arjun... Wake up!!!
Arjun: Array yaar just 5 for minutes. (covers the bedsheet over his head)
Rathod: Arjun you have been saying that for the last few hours...
Arjun: Please...just 2.5 mins more...
Suddenly an idea clicked on Shree...
Shree: Riya... You here??? Do you want anything??? Okay,okay... Arjun... Ri...wants to talk to you.
Hearing Riya's name itself he suddenly jumped out of the bed with a smile but to his disappointment to find no Riya but a whole lot of his giggling friends.
Chotu: Shree... What an idea yaar??? Arjun... now go and get ready. We have to go to the temple.
Shree: Riya is also coming (laughing)
Arjun: Shree... Can't you stop pulling my legs??
Shree: Okay baba!! Can you go and get ready? We shall wait you in the hall.
Arjun nods, Shree, Chotu and Rathod proceeds to the hall.
Riya got dressed in her favourite sky blue anarkali... She was wearing her bangles, when she saw her mehendi... It was so dark that no one could express the colour of it. Looking at Mehendi her mind drifted to the last night where Arjun had helped her from falling down. She had a blush on her face. Suddenly there was a knock on her door
Priya: Ri... Everyone is waiting for you in the hall. Come soon
Riya: Pree... I am coming!!
Riya left her room and reaches the hall. She greets everyone with a smile.
Hetal: (with a smile) You are looking very pretty beta
Riya: Thank you. Can I call you Mama.
Hetal: (hugs,with tears) Sure beta...
Arjun comes to the hall and sees this wonderful Saas bahu scene.
Arjun: Good morning to all (with a smile)
Mahesh: Since everyone is here. I would like to tell you something.
Rahul: Children... We are going to USA today.
Arjun: What??
Hetal: Yes beta... For 3 weeks. Me and Revathi is also going with them.
Mahesh: (coming towards Arjun and Riya) I am sorry!!! We have no other option. Its one of the most important bussiness deal that both your dads can't miss.
Everyone understood the emotional challenge their parents were suffering. Riya went towards Mahesh
Riya: Dad don't worry. I shall look after them... (hugs him). When Riya is there nothing to worry. (She goes and wipes the tears of Hetal)...
Hetal: Thank you beta. Revathi: Renu... Soon after going to temple go home pack you clothes. You are goin to a hostel near your school.
Renu: (in tears) But Mama...
Arjun: (goes towards Revathi) Mom you consider as your son. Right??
Revathi nods with tears. Arjun wipes her tears.
Arjun: Mom... Renu could pack her clothes. But she is not going to Hostel. But coming to our house.
Rahul: But beta...
Arjun goes near Renu.
Arjun: She is also my sister, just like Anishka. Please dad please allow that.
Revathi: Okay...and thank you.
Arjun: Since everything is set... Come lets go to the temple. We have a lot of works to do...
Anush: It seems that bhaiya is very egear to marry...
Arjun: Conisder what ever you want. Come lets go...
The entire family goes to the temple
