And even if he didnt initially... a couple of months of work on his first show should have told him what he is choosing to sign up for!!

Exactly.. and he started off with lead roles.. only DMG was a short side role!!! So he knows the drill!!
Also even if he didnt experience it he would know what is the work pressure for a lead.. so why even take up such roles!!
