as i remember in one ep we saw agam was searching some thing he find out that sh euse her left hand  that real natasha was lefty she does not use right hand  and here we got that too when she was about to eat with her left hand so i think she is the real natasha .

There is indication if we observe well Shivangi can be the real Natasha oberoi..

Also mr oberoi coming back and in the temple when yug hurt himself with the broken glass..camera zoomed on shivangi face and yesterday also in the end she was like concern when yug got hurt..

lets see as story unfold because i feel creatives will somehow bring back real Natasha in the picture..

YES I too guess Shivangi is real Natasha..

Once Mr.Oberai is back we can get more clue..

Definitely CV  will bring Natasha into the Picture to give more twist to the story and further development in the serial.
