Is it appropriate to make use of natural lighting in the Kitchen ?

When planning a kitchen, make use of as much natural light as possible. If you can, position the sink under the window, allowing you to enjoy a view of the outdoors while you work. Plants on the window near the sink, add a natural and soothing touch.
