Why were 2 contestants eliminated?

Are they looking for the top 12? 10? 13?

Any idea?

Yes, even my mom and I were surprised to see two go, but I'm guessing they have some other twists planned. LOL

I think they will look for top 10 and then the public voting will start - standard SRGMP format...

They may eliminate 2 each for the next 2 weeks and get down to 9 and then bring back 1 contestant through WC 1. They may have a WC 2 at the top 5 or 6 stage.

1 coming back in wild card entry is not enough - they got to bring atleast 2 back :(

Me too... As much as we feel bad when good singers get eliminated, it is a game after all and getting the 2nd chance does not look fair to the others who have stayed on.
