In the hall dhol was played by the ladies and dancing was going on. The men were side lined. They were either doing preparations or observing from far end of the hall. The Shekhar's arrive at the badi haveli. Anandi is brought down. She is seated on a patla. Ira gives the mehndi to Sumitra. Ira puts a small dot of mehndi as shagun to her D-I-L. Then the mehndi waali gives her the design book to choose the design. Mahi is recording everything. To everyone'sa surprise she selects the same mehndi Shiv had chosen for her. Everyone is again amazed that in so little time Anandi and Shiv understand each other so well. They praise the lord for making such a pair and letting them see the love they share.

After Ira did the shagun the professional mehndi artist starts to put the beautiful design on Anandi's hand. C M by mistake puts a dot on Ashi's hand. Ashi had a small smile on her face. She blushed as it was a shagun done on her hand as she heard a woman say it. She looked at Mahi busy with his recording and smiling at some girls. Her smile faded. She thought she was dreaming too fast that it could never happen. Mahi always made fun of her and raised questions about her being the Indian Bride. Little did she know that he wanted to make her his Indian Bride.

The song and dance is going on. Every body is in a happy mood. The mehndi on Anandi's hands is looking very beautiful. Now the time came for some more fun. The mehndi walli asks ," Hone waale beend ka naam kya hai?" Everyone looks at Anandi. She remembers that during the sagai mehndi rasam she was so in shock that she did not take his name. She looks at everyone and blushes. She asks the mehndiwali "Aapko C S ka naam nahi pata?"

"Nahi bhabhi aaj toh aapko bhai ka naam lena hi padega. Kab yeh C S chalega?, Mahi said.

"Haan Anandi uska naam lo." Everyone pressed her to take Shiv's name.

She did not take his name. She had promised herself to take his name at a special moment and only in front of him.

"Ek minute pehle decide toh ho jaaye ki Anandi apne haaton mein likhwaayegi kya." Gehna raised her eyebrows and looked at Anandi. "Kya matlab?" asked everyone. "Taiji please" Anandi wanted her to hide some secret.

"Collector Sahib", said Sumitra,Ira, Meenu, Alok, Daddu, and the many of the family members present.

"Akdu kehti thin a tu Shiv jijusa ko?" Asha said.

"Nahi nahi Sadu kehti thi mujhe yaad hai." Sugna said.

"Khadus ya phir ajeeb haan ajeeb hi kaha than a tune Shiv ko?" Gehna made fun of her.

Anandi was blushing and she remembered the different adjectives she had used to describe Shiv. Ira and C M look at her with some mock anger. They see Anandi getting a bit scared and burst out laughing. "Anandi beta jo hum Shiv ko barson mein nahi keh paye tune dino mein keh diya?" Daddu laughed and everone joined him. Mahi was recording it all. At last Anandi signalled Sumitra to get the 'Shiv ling' and pointed at it. She took his name without actually taking it. Her mehndi would be complete only after Shiv's name was written in it.

The song and dance continues. Mahi gives the record work to Alok . Ashi and Saachi are dancing. Mahi joins them while pulling Gulli to join them. She also starts dancing with Mahi. Ashi sees this and she goes and sits with Anandi. She notices this. Mahi keeps on dancing and when Gulli stops he goes and sits next to Ashi and Anandi. He remembered that he had a very important task to do. The  Shekhar's except for Mahi and Saachi leave with Sumitra and Sugna and leave for the C H. MAASH remain at the haveli. Mahi to record the function and Ashi because she had some imp work with Anandi after the mehndi rasam. Saachi because she wanted to have fun.

Mahi had an important mission to execute. Before leaving from the C H Mahi took Shiv aside.They had a very important convo.

Mahi:"Bhai main bhabhi ki mehndi ki design ko acche se record karoonga."

Shiv:"Mahi maine kaha na jo design maine chose ki who bhi wahi chose karengi. Isliye unki mehndi ko record kyun karna? Tu bas poora function acche se cover karna. Khaaskar Anandiji ki muskurahat."

Mahi: "Bhai aap bhi na? Aapka kuch nahi ho sakta. IAS ki training ke waqt aapko time management karna sikhaya tha aur aap hain ki time waste karna chahte hain.?"

Shiv:" Kya keh raha hai tu. Maine kab time waste kiya aur tujhe kya bhavisya waani hui hai ki main time waste karne wwala hoon?"

Mahi: "Bhai theek hai khullam khulla bol raha hoon aapko na hindi film ya serial dekhni chahiye. Khaaskar suhaagraat ke scenes. Jab tak dulhan ke haath mein dulha apna naam nahi dhoondta use aage badhne ki permission nahi milti."

Shiv blushes : "Besharam kahin ka jaa yahan se aur haan Anandiji ke saamne tum teeno Bandar aisi bakwaas mat karna. Recording mein koi gadbad ki toh yaad rakhna exercise ke saare namoone tujhe dikhaoonga."

Mahi comes back to the present and gets to work. He records the entire ceremony and also a special treat for his BHOLE BHANDARI bade bhaiyya. He does still photography of Anandi's mehndi wale haath. Her leg photo is shot by Ashi. At the C H Shiv is desperately waiting for Mahi to return. He wanted to see Anandi's mehndi ceremony and her smile. Somewhere in his heart he wanted to see where his name was written in her mehndi. He kept his armaan hidden always as Anandi was not ready to accept him as her husband. For her their mutual trust and friendship was the base of their relation. He was happy to keep his love buried inside him because the day she would be ready he would break all boundaries and shower her with his love. Their love will know no bounds.

Note: I know this part is very small but had to as I have written it like an actual screenplay.
