Well according to the articles posted she is succesful in telling them about PaYa spending the night in the hotel together. Shivam already knows this but I am sure that she has twisted something or Shivam and Pankhuri's family reactions may have changed Shivam's viewpoints and then compelled him to say no to Pankhuri because he feels cheated or doesnt have the trust in her to take the relationship forward. 😕 Thats my thinking at this stage!
