but a little spreaded on your roti for example is good for you as ghee is very good for joints and strength

anything consumed in a high quantity its not good..

so avoid excess ghee...limit the intake...
it can make u fat...if consumed more than necessity of body requirement,,,

Ghee is not suitable for human.
Our body naturally produces all oils, no other oils are necessary for our body.

Ghee is tasteful so that we are using it, but it has a lot of LDL cholesterol it can cause to heart and Obesity and other health problems.
Minimize it maximum

NO!

I have a Brahmin friend, who puts ghee in everything she eats...and, she puts lots of ghee!

I have never seen anyone as healthy as her. She rarely ever gets any pimples and she isnt fat at all. she looks really healthy and glowing,

I think it's foolish to think that putting a pinch of ghee in your rice will increase your cholestrol level.. come to think of it, you'll barely have a spoonful ghee in your meals... it wont make you fat, neither will it increase cholestrol.

Yes Yes I, e.g.: He said that I could help.">i agree with you dear friend, but he is brahman also he takes dhal. According to his tradition its food. He is always doing yagna and most of the time he is in homam. Homam have fire and heat. Consequently, the water is evaporated from his body. So all toxins include cholesterol also discharge through sweating. So No problem even they are taking fat (I, e.g.: He said that I could help.">i hope they are taking Cow ghee). Cow ghee have HDL cholesterol it's healthy. But all are taking artificial ghee and bafellow ghee. It is tasteful and have High LDL. So if you are doing heard work take ghee no problem. Such toxins discharge, but present life most of the people not doing work properly.
