New Arshi SS: Her punishment! Ch5 pg39 7/1

He stood with his fist on the wall and his forehead leaning on to it. He needn't have been so harsh with her, he should have known that Khushi would not understand where he was coming from. He should have been clearer.

A child bride. Yes that's what Khushi Kumari Gupta Singh Raizada was!

 He sighed and walked out, towards the conference hall where his clients sat waiting for the temperamental Arnav Singh Raizada to make an appearance. What had marriage done to him! Now his business was being affected by that mere chit of a girl and all for what? Some time with her! they had their nights, he should have been content with that and a little more focused on his work!

He walked into the conference hall and was greeted with the site of his wife charming his clients. The elusive Mr. Ramesh Mohanti stood inches from her and was carefully following the animated one sided conversation Khushi held. There was a hint of smile flirting on Mr. Mohanti's lips. Fully aware how Mr. Mohanti was committed to his wife, he a new husband saw red and to such an extent that he stalked with wide steps and caught hold of Khushi's upper arm and jerked her back a couple of inches and filled the space earlier occupied by his wife and stood couple of inches taller that the elder man.

Khushi was abruptly pulled out of her stance and jerked backwards making the flow of her chitter-chatter come out in a broken form.  She looked at the clamp like hand of her husband impress his force onto her arm and winced inwardly, not willing to let Mr. Mohanti see the notorious side of her husband.

'Mr. Mohanti, if you do not mind can we have this meeting some other day? I seemed to have a problem that needs immediate attention.' Arnav let out the statement with grinding teeth and time-to-time excessive pressure on Khushi's arm.

Ever a perspective man, Mr. Mohanti smiled a knowing smile at him and nodded and informed Arnav to let his secretary know of the next possible free slot for rescheduling.

As Mr. Mohanti exited the conference hall, Arnav pulled a wound up Khushi to face him.

'What the hell do you think you are doing here?' He was roaring under his breath.

'Hum- hum wo- Arnav ji, I had come to say sorry.' She finished with a whisper and looked down to her feet at the last part.

Arnav's eyes never flickered off Khushi and he mentally willed her to look up to him. As was the norm to their relationship, she understood his wish without words being put to it and looked up. Somehow she understood the heated gaze he had on her and a pretty blush spread over her nose and was making way to her cheeks. That brought a satisfied look into Arnav's eyes.

Nope, not a child bride after all.

'Khushi.' Arnav left her name hanging as he spread the flat of his palms over her petite waist and dragged them to her back. Khushi's eyes closed at the closeness, she could feel his breath on her face and with all her might she pleaded with her hormones to stop the embarrassing blush to spread further, but alas, no such luck!

Arnav pulled weak kneed Khushi towards him and brought his lips on to her ear.

'Sorry toh maan liya, per saaja toh milegi.'

'I accept your apology, but punishment is a must.'

Khushi jerked out of the aroused trance and looked into the dark, aroused eyes of her husband, scared for the demand he might make.

'And Khushi, this time a mere dance would not do.' Arnav dipped his head further to let his breath feather onto her neck, he then left her contemplating the type of demand he was about to ask of her, when suddenly, Arnav gabbed a chunk of her duppata with his teeth and in process scratching her delicate skin and moved it of her on shoulder.

Khushi's eyes widened at what her husband was initiating and where!!
