Remeber why arnav hates his dad ? Because he betrayed his mother.
When arnav spoke to khushi about his hatred for shyam,he said ' jab bhi mein use dekhta hoon, mujhe apne dad ki yaad ati hai'.
Then again on his wedding day he told dadi 'galti inki (garima ki ) nahi thi. galti aapke bete ki thi. Shaadi shuda hote hue, unhone do do aurotonko dhoka diya.
This clearly indicates that whatever arnav does, he will never dishonour a woman, nor cheat on her.
He has great hatred for men who cheat.
cant magine such a man fathering a child out of wedlock.
