I am not getting where I should put the text  Supernatural Promotional Siggy Contest. How important is it? I mean, does it need to be totally 100% visible or is it just  namesake?

I t is I guess. U can place it anywhere on the sigg though you can reduce its size lets say to 10 or 9? like on copyrights.
