Yaar wats the prob here .i m not able to upload my dp its saying first login then access the page bit i m logged in na ..God plzz help i want to change my dp today ..HELPPP..

Don't use GC. It doesn't work with that. The best option is IE or Firefox.

Admin needs to fix up site so that it works in Chrome too.

Yeah, Google Chrome doesn't work; Explorer/Mozarilla is the best option :P
