The Crazy Creative Team is Beginning
an Operation Search for Crazy Creatives!
Alright what do you have to do?
Given that finding the right person for the team is a tough process,
We wish to inform that there will be multiple Tasks that all the interested applicant needs to submit by a deadline!
During Each Task only the qualified applicants will be allowded to proceed to the next task!
PM the "crazycreative" account after filling the following by the 10th of December, 2012:

Why do you want to join the CrazyCreative Team
You must complete the tasks and submit to crazycreative account by December 10th, 2012.
All those who send the PM will receive the second task via PM on December the 10th, 2012, which would dwell into your creative and brainstorming skills.
You must complete the tasks and submit to crazycreative account by December 23th, 2012.
Those who qualify will receive another PM for the third and last task by approximately December 27th, 2012.
You must complete the tasks and submit to the crazycreative account by January 03, 2013.
Following this, a voting session would be conduced based all the contesnt submitted by people who qualify into Task Three.
There are six categories, and each would be rated between 1 and 5
Caliber of Ideas
- are the ideas presented by the applicant of a great quality? Do they stand out well? Would they be well received by the members?
Importance of Events
- Are the events chosen by the applicants important and unique?
Are the ideas and events suggented original, or something that has already been conducted by the CCs? Have they taken an attempt to present an original activity?
How well are the answers written? Do the setences flow (with no grammar error)?
Does the presentation style appeal to you, especially for quesiton number 4?
After having read their entire applicaiton, do you feel this person is creative and would be an apt choice for the CC team?
The Rating Scale
1 - Poor performance; No importance is given to the concept/ category; the applicant appears to be not at all serious and/ or has not put any effort in the process.
2 - Weak perfomance; Although some importance is given to the concept/ category, they seem to wander off; the applicant appears to have taken an attempt, however, effort isn't appealing
3 - Moderate performance; Has given importance to concept; Although has completed the tast, no extra effort is taken to making it all the more appealing.
4 - Excellent Performance; has put great effort and given importance to the concepts/ category; A job well done indeed!
5 - Outstanding; Has done an extra ordinary job! Critical importance is given to the concepts/ categories and has done mora than what was required, suggesting the extra effort put into this.
