Til Death Do Us Part

The episode begins with Max trying to calm his mother down over the phone, as she is hysterical about the fact that, Max decided to call off the wedding. "I think the only thing that is keeping us apart is failure to embrace our destiny" Max then tells Naomi. He then proposes to Naomi. They then confess to each other their love for each other and then elope. Vanessa tells Liam she is sorry for everything that she did, but Liam isn't in any mood to forgive her. She then asks Liam to think about the movie contract as its big money. "You wanna have my baby; I am flattered and confused" Teddy tells Silver. She tells him she doesn't want to have a baby with a stranger, and isn't ready to commit to Navid or Liam either. She tells him, she isn't expecting anything from him except "sperm and a card at Christmas". Teddy tells her he isn't ready to be a parent. He then says he understands how important it is to her, but also that he needs to think about it. "Take your time" Silver tells her. Austin and Adrianna arrive at Vegas, where Adrianna is slated to perform. Navid calls Adrianna and informs her about how Dixon is on his way back, and how she should give him a chance, as he still loves her. Adrianna tells Navid she is over Dixon and hangs up. A guy comes at the bar and begins flirting with Adrianna. She much to his surprise kisses him. Liam on the other hand is planning to sell the bar, so he can buy out Vanessa's part of the movie contract. Navid asks Annie to call up Dixon and tell him what Adrianna said, as he doesn't want to do it. A man at the county morgue picks up Dixon's phone and tells Annie "you need to come here right away". Naomi and Max are stranded in the middle of nowhere, while eloping in a limo. Adrianna on the other hand ends up sleeping with the guys she met at the bar. She tells the guy that, she went through a really bad breakup and "needed to get the guy" out of her head. The guy doesn't seem to mind the fact that Adrianna used him, and continues flirting with her in bed. She then rushes out for her concert, without even telling the guy her name. At the morgue, Annie and the gang look at three bodies recovered from the car wreck, none of them is Dixon. The coroner then informs them that, the fourth person who was the driver, was thrown out of the car, and has been admitted to the hospital in critical condition. They all then rush to the hospital. At the hospital, they see Dixon in a really bad shape. He is barely in his senses and calls out for Adrianna. In Vegas, Austin sees Adrianna arrive for the concert and asks "where the heel have you been?" She says nothing and begins readying herself for the concert. Just then Austin receives a call from Annie. She asks to talk to Adrianna about Dixon. Austin tells her it's not really a good time, but Adrianna takes the phone and makes it clear to Annie that she and Dixon are over. Annie in turn tells Adrianna about how Dixon is fighting for his life. Adrianna breaks down on hearing this, and Austin on coming to know about it, asks Adrianna to go to Dixon. Naomi and Max manage to hitch a ride. Silver is unable to get through to Naomi, try as she might. Alec Martin, Max's friend comes searching for him, at Naomi's house. He wants to make sure Max is fine. Max and Naomi find out that, the guy they hitched a ride with, is a robber. He robs a store on the way to Nevada and asks Naomi to drive them out of there as quickly as possible, as sheriff's vehicle intercepts them and gives chase. At Naomi's home, Teddy tells Liam and Navid how Silver wants to have a baby with him. Both of them are outraged to hear this. She tells them she isn't able to make a decision about either of them, as she isn't sure what to do. Teddy gets a call just then, informing him that Naomi and Max are in jail. Alec tells Silver he will deal with the Max and Naomi issue, so she and Teddy can concentrate on Dixon. Max is released from prison, but Naomi is hauled away to be taken in front of a judge, as the cops received an anonymous call informing them that Naomi is a "habitual offender". At the hospital the doctor informs everyone that, Dixon's condition is stable, but due to an injury to his neck and spinal cord, the use of his hands and legs will be affected. At the sheriff's office, Alec tells Max the corporate jet is waiting for him outside. He brings up Naomi's mention, but Alec reminds him how Naomi has broken his heart numerous times. "Don't make the same mistake" he warns Max. "You are right" Max says after giving it a little thought. He then arrives into the courtroom where Naomi is trying to make her case with a judge. He then argues Naomi's case in front of the judge. The judge then lets off Naomi with a $200 fine and also offers to get the two married, as she also performs marriages. Navid and Liam sit on the beach and share drink. The two, discuss their lives with each other. "I swear I will never let a girl come between me and a friend again" Liam tells Navid. Teddy comes in just then and says "think I have to make a baby for Silver". Teddy feels Silver, "needs this", and therefore he wants to do it for her. "Liam it's going to be ok; Silver's not the only girl in the world" Teddy says. Liam returns to his bar, and it accidentally catches fire, thanks to an electrical cord onto which he had stapled a flyer. He does nothing about it and simply stands watching. Teddy tells Silver he shall do what she is asking. Max and Naomi on the other hand, return. Everyone then pays Dixon a visit, at the hospital. Liam is standing in his bar which is nearly burnt down to the ground, and answering questions asked by an official from the fire department. He lies that, he was at the hospital all night. "You have any idea how it started" Liam asks the official. "It looks like a faulty electrical cord" the official tells him. "We'll get you a full report for your insurance company" the official adds. Navid arrives at the bar, and tells Liam he would like to help him start the bar again and be a partner. Liam agrees. The guy Adrianna had met at Vegas, arrives at the bar looking for Adrianna. He introduces himself as Taylor Williams, and tells Navid he is a club promoter. Navid tells him about Dixon and how Adrianna is at the hospital. Navid suggests that, Taylor help him restart the bar, as he is a club/bar promoter. Taylor seems to like the idea. Vanessa arrives outside Liam's bar and hears him talking to the insurance company. The episode ends at this point.

The Sea Change

The episode begins with Naomi and Max readying to leave for their honeymoon. Naomi tells Max how after they got married, Alec told her she was "a huge mistake". Max on hearing this tries defending Alex by saying "he wants what's best for me". He also feels all of them can move past the sordid history that they had. Alex comes in just then and shows them how Max's company's stock prices have dropped, thanks to him getting married in such a crazy fashion. Max and Naomi decide to cancel their honeymoon plans, so Max can deal with the issue. Adrianna runs into Taylor at Liam and Navid's bar and is surprised to see him. He tells her he is the new club promoter. I can't stop thinking about you Taylor tells her. She tells him he will have to try because she is back together with her boyfriend. "He can't know about this" Adrianna tells Taylor. She begs Taylor to not say anything to Dixon. "What happened between you and me meant nothing" she adds. Adrianna then meets Dixon who is already home. She isn't as warm towards Dixon as he was hoping she would be and he asks her about it. She assures him everything is fine. She tells Dixon she is ready to get things back to normal. Teddy at the clinic tells Silver, she should talk to Liam and see if he is still interested in having a relationship with her. Liam hands Vanessa a check of $200,000, and effectively buys out her share of the contract. He then asks her to get out of his life. "I can't accept money obtained fraudulently" Vanessa tells Liam. She then shows him a video of how Liam walked away and let the fire burn. She tells Liam how she had hidden cameras installed in the bar a few months ago. Vanessa promises Liam that, at the end of shooting the movie if he doesn't feel anything for her, she will walk away. At a gym where Annie is with Dixon helping him with his workouts, Annie runs into a guy named Riley. Turns out, Riley is also on a wheelchair. Riley asks Annie to stop treating Dixon like a helpless, if she really wants to help him out. Naomi on the other hand decides to throw a wedding reception, in Malibu, over the weekend. Silver tells Liam they could go to Naomi's wedding reception together. "I can't I am going with Vanessa" Liam tells Silver. Liam tells Silver he is planning to give his relationship with Vanessa another try. Silver is shocked to hear this and walks away. Adrianna comes back home and is informed that, Navid shall be getting Taylor to the wedding reception. She apparently isn't too happy to hear this. Adrianna tells Dixon they don't have to go to the party and can instead stay home. "I may not be able to climb a mountain right now, but I can handle a wedding" Dixon tells her. He assures her that, he is going to be back to normal soon and tells her they shall be going to the party. Teddy on the other hand is Silver's date for the party. She tells Teddy she is hurt, by how quickly both Liam and Navid have moved on. Vanessa asks Liam to move in with her, in an apartment she has rented. Seeing no way out, he reluctantly agrees. At the party, Navid introduces Silver to his dates Ambrosia and Trixie, both of whom are adult film stars. Vanessa then comes in with Liam, and taunts Silver about not finding anyone to bring in as a date, but her gay best friend. Two young punks, who look like college kids, are shown enjoying the party and making some noise. Naomi thinks they are gatecrashers and asks the security to escort them out. Naomi tells Max, they should have a cod for when Max's important clients the Colton Brothers arrive. Max says he doesn't know what the brothers look like as Alec handles that end of the business. Alec comes in just then and asks Naomi if she has seen a couple of guys in "flip flops". Naomi tells him he has nothing to worry about, as the security has escorted them out. Alec is shocked to hear this and tells her "those are the Colton Brothers". "Congratulations you just threw out the only hope of saving our business" Alec adds. Alec and Naomi catch up with the Colton Brothers outside and convince them to stay, after apologizing to them. Silver while getting drunk, tells Teddy how she felt Liam and she had something real, but because he is already back with Vanessa, she feels she was probably wrong. Adrianna and Taylor talk at the party. Adrianna taunts Taylor about how he had po*n stars hanging all over him. Taylor tells her it was Navid's idea and also says it wouldn't have bothered her, if she did not have feelings for him. Taylor then kisses Adrianna and she kisses him back. She then slaps him and says "don't ever do that again". He tells Adrianna he won't tell anyone anything, he just wants her to admit she felt something. She reluctantly admits that she did feel something, but now she doesn't. "Just so you know you can't unfeel something" Taylor tells Adrianna, while she is walking away in a huff. Dixon on the other hand, falls off his wheelchair without anyone around, to help him up. Annie eventually sees Dixon and helps him up. She tells Dixon she can't stop helping him as much as he might dislike it, as he is her brother. Dixon tells Annie how frustrated he is at not being able to work his hands and legs like he would want to. Dixon is worried about the fact that, he might not get better. "What if it takes too long and Ade decides not to wait?" he asks Annie. Dixon basically feels like a charity case. Annie asks him to never feel that way, but it doesn't seem to be making Dixon feel any better. Annie and Riley later talk and he tells her Dixon has to accept that, he has a long road to recovery. Riley tells her the worst thing she can do for Dixon at the moment is promise him she can be there for him no matter what, because it's really not possible even for her to know if she can keep that promise. She feels Riley is simply bitter and asks him to see a therapist, for his problems. Alec tells Max and Nomai that, the Colton Brothers have agreed to join hands with them. Alec also tells the couple who are about to leave for their honeymoon that, Max has to leave for Japan immediately on a business trip. Naomi and Max are shocked to hear this, but Naomi does her best to pretend she is fine with it. Vanessa at the party had declared that Liam and she are engaged. Liam is really angry about this and tells her he would rather go to jail than marry her. The two then get into a fight and Vanessa accidentally slips from the balcony while trying to stop Liam from leaving. She falls onto the beach below, and lies there motionless. Liam immediately goes in to call 911, and just as he is about to report the incident, he comes to the balcony and sees that Vanessa's body has disappeared. He assumes she was washed away by the waves and decides against reporting it. The episode ends at this point.

P recaps...It's All Fun and Games

Silver has yet to schedule her insemination appointment, and worries that she'll no longer be attractive after undergoing the preventive surgeries. Adrianna encourages Silver to treat herself to an irresponsible day of fun doing all the things that she won't be able to do once she becomes a mother. Alec ignores Naomi's gestures to make nice, so Naomi poses as a wealthy investor and lures him to her yacht for a phony business meeting. The two reach an agreement to get along, and Alec spontaneously kisses Naomi, which she rebuffs. Alec apologizes, but Naomi insists on telling Max, unaware that Alec had planted the kiss to blackmail her. Meanwhile, Annie thinks that Riley is too hard on Dixon (Tristan Wilds), but Riley insists that Dixon needs to change his attitude in order to accelerate his recovery. Liam learns that his video game contract can't be finalized without Vanessa's approval, so Annie encourages him to speak with her attorney, Lindsey Beckwith (Peyton List). Liam worries when a detective shows up asking questions about the missing Vanessa's whereabouts.

It's All Fun and Games

The episode begins with Naomi and Annie readying things for Silver's baby shower. Adrianna arrives and tells Annie ever since Naomi's reception, Dixon seems really discouraged. Naomi is packing pastries especially for Alec as she wants to win him over, while Max is away for his business trip. She basically wants to make Max's BFF her BFF too. Later, Silver arrives for the shower. She tells the gang how she is worried having a baby and also how she is 20 years old and therefore herself a kid. She basically isn't sure if she is responsible enough to be a mother yet. Adrianna suggests that Sliver and she should have "crazy Silver fun" for the next 24 hours, and after that maybe the thought of having a kid wouldn't be so scary. Just then a male stripper, who Naomi has invited for the party comes in and begins doing his stuff. Later at the hospital, Dixon tries walking but isn't too successful. Riley is really pushing Dixon. Annie sees this and reprimands Riley for it, as she feels he is being too hard on Dixon. Riley in turn tells her; medically Dixon is now fine therefore he should be able to walk again, it's just that someone needs to push him to do it. Naomi is at Alec's workplace to make amends, but he is in no mood to do so. Liam asks Annie for the contact of a lawyer, as he wants to get out of his contract with Vanessa. Annie gives Liam the name of her lawyer, named Lindsey Beckwith. He then goes to the bar and runs into a Detective Thompson, from the LAPD. Thompson asks Liam about "a missing person you might know, Vanessa Shaw". The detective tells Liam he has a few questions he needs to ask Vanessa and the bar was her last known address. Liam says he hasn't heard from her in a week. "If we don't find her you and I will be talking again" the detective tells Liam and leaves. Annie brings Dixon for a group therapy as she feels he needs more than physical therapy to get better. Dixon is resistant to the idea, but Annie begs him to try it for her sake. Silver and Adrianna on the other hand are having their fun day together. Silver though, isn't apparently having too much fun, as being irresponsible isn't making her feel ready to be a mother. Adrianna then suggests that they do something which will help Silver face her fears, and Silver reluctantly agrees. Dixon during the therapy session discovers that the daughter of the driver of the truck that, hit his vehicle, is also there. She says with tears in her eyes how her father was neither drunk now was he on drugs, but was simply overworked which led to the accident. Dixon is too disturbed to hear this, and as a result leaves the therapy session. Naomi dupes Alec into having lunch with her so they can get to know each other better. Later it's shown that the two are apparently bonding. Annie's lawyer tells Liam, the contract between him and Vanessa is watertight, for its 3 year period, unless he can prove the deal was fraudulent; there is nothing that can be done. Silver swings on a trapeze, in order to overcome her fears, and apparently seems to have enjoyed every moment of it. "I kicked fear's ass" Silver tells Adrianna with absolute joy. Alec ends up kissing Naomi, while enjoying their time together. Naomi shocked at what just happened and walks away in absolute horror. Annie on the other hand is going crazy trying to find Dixon. She in the end asks Riley for help. Riley and Annie conclude that Dixon might be at the Santa Monica pier, as that is where he was going to meet Adrianna, had he not met with the accident. Riley meets up with Dixon at the pier, and asks Dixon to talk to him. Dixon tells Riley as to what he discovered at the group therapy session. He tells Riley how he wanted to yell at the girl and tell her how her dad ruined his life, but he couldn't as her father was just trying to look out for the people he loved, by working hard. Riley then taunts Dixon and asks him to stop being the victim. He then begins to instigate Dixon to get out of his chair and punch him. Dixon in the end stands up on his feet, in anger. Riley is happy to see this and tells Dixon the accident was nobody's fault and he needs to get over feeling like a victim. "One person who is keeping you in this chair is you" he in the end tells Dixon. Naomi tells the gang how Alec kissed her. Naomi feels with her track record, she can't tell Max the truth about what happened. She feels Max will never trust her again, if he comes to know about what happened with Alec. Silver insists that she should tell Max, instead of him finding out some other way, as that would ruin her relationship with Max. Later, Annie is pleasantly surprised to see Dixon getting ready to surf with Liam's help. Later the girls cheer for Dixon, as he tries surfing the waves while lying on a surfboard. Later, Adrianna tells Dixon how proud she is of him, for doing what he did. Dixon too is happy at what he has managed to do and feels he needs to move on, rather than feeling sorry for himself. Naomi tells Dixon how brave he is and feels she needs to be brave too. She thereof decides to go talk to Alec. Silver tells Adrianna she has made an appointment at the fertility clinic, for the morning. Adrianna tells Silver all she had to do was overcome her fear and trapeze seems to have totally worked. Silver admits she is still scared, but it would be scarier for her to not live her life, she feels. Annie tells Riley that it looks like he did know what Dixon needs. Riley says Dixon is going through the similar thing that he went through after his accident, a few years ago. Riley tells Annie, how his fianc left him after his accident, as she could handle him being on a wheelchair. "To my brother you are a hero" she tells Riley. Liam tells Dixon he might not leave just yet, as there is something he needs to take care of. Liam then goes to the cops and asks to talk to Detective Thompson. "I have something to tell him about Vanessa Shaw" he says. Later, Liam is about to tell Thompson the truth when instead, Thompson tells him about how Vanessa is a master con artist, and shows him files and pictures on Vanessa. "Technically, your fianc and business partner doesn't even exist" Thompson tells Liam. Thompson's conclusion is that Vanessa might have fled the state or even the country. "I'd be surprised if any of us saw her again" the detective adds. Naomi meets up with Alec who profusely apologizes to Naomi for what happened earlier. Naomi tells Alec, she has decided to tell Max the truth. "If I don't tell him, he will never be able to trust me" Naomi says. "Just give me time to do it my way" she adds. Naomi leaves. Alec then removes photos of the time he spent with Naomi, and in it is the photo of him and Naomi kissing. Alec looks at it and smiles. The episode ends at this point.

Into The Wild

The episode begins with the girls having a meal together. Naomi says she will tell Max about her kiss with Alec, after she whisks him away for a romantic weekend. Adrianna says Dixon is feeling better and therefore they are going to start focusing on their careers again. Navid on the other hand shows Liam the blueprints of their club. Liam is taking a business class, so he can get a loan to revamp the bar. Max returns home from his trip and Naomi gives him a warm welcome. She tells him about a weekend vacation she has planned for the just the two of them. Max though, wants to go camping; Naomi isn't too crazy about the idea, but reluctantly agrees. Adrianna comes back home and is shocked to see Taylor sitting with Dixon. Dixon tells Adrianna how Taylor is helping him get his music career back on track. Dixon then suggests that Taylor could help Adrianna too while he is helping him out. Adrianna isn't too happy with the suggestion, but plays along. "Taylor, welcome to our lives" Dixon says. Annie has met a new guy named Colin and tells Naomi he is new in town and therefore she is showing him around. "He is a computer geek just like Max" Annie says. Annie though, isn't sure if she will see Colin again, as the thought of dating someone stresses her out. Navid is busy readying the bar, and Dixon pays it a visit to see how things are shaping up. Dixon tells Navid, Taylor has decided Dixon would be performing for the bar's opening night. Navid is surprised to hear this as Taylor hasn't told him anything about it. Dixon asks Navid if he is cool with it, and he says that he is. Max and Naomi are out camping in the wilderness. Naomi brings Max to a campsite she has chosen for them. Max is surprised to see that it's a bit too high brow to be a campsite, with people having fine food and Champaign. The campsite also has things like a masseur and personal chef, besides other comforts. "It's very different from what I expected" Max says, hesitantly. "We are going to have the most romantic weekend ever, I promise" Naomi says. Colin asks Annie out to dinner, but she lies that she is seeing someone. Adrianna meets up with Taylor and tells him he isn't going to be able to "worm" his way back into her life. Taylor assures her he is planning to do no such thing, and his relation with her from now on will be purely professional. He basically tells her that he only wants to help her promote her career. "I have no problem keeping our relationship professional, do you?" he asks her. "Of course not" she immediately replies. Dixon, Liam and Navid too are out camping for the weekend. Liam leaves to gather some firewood and when he is back, he sees Navid and Dixon missing. It is then show that Navid and Dixon are busy setting up a tent. Navid loses his cool when Dixon finds it difficult to set up the tent. He tells Dixon that he is getting better, but still isn't "a 100%" and therefore isn't ready to open his club. Navid tells Dixon how much he has riding on the club opening and therefore can't take a risk of allowing a guy in a leg-brace to kick off things. Dixon is hurt by the things said by Navid and decides to leave. Dixon then drives away in the car they came in and Navid is in a quandary about how he should get back home from the wilderness, with his transportation gone. Then at a distance Navid sees a campsite and proceeds towards it. Naomi and Max on the other hand are about to embark on a ropes course. The two meet Ryan Lochte at the course. He tells them the course is loads of fun. Basically the course is formulated in such a manner that it helps build trust and confidence between partners. Things don't go well while they are at it and Naomi loses her cool and tells Max, how she wanted to have a relaxed weekend as a couple. Naomi returns to her tent and finds Navid sitting there. He tells her the reason why he is there and she tells him that her weekend isn't going very great either. Navid then discovers that Liam's co-star is taking to the news channels about how Liam is lost in the woods, and how she shall help every step of the way in looking for him. Adrianna rehearses for her music video with Taylor as her only audience. The music video basically has her pole dancing sensually. She then walks up to Taylor and kisses him. She realizes her mistake and rushes away. Annie tells Silver she doesn't want to date Colin because she would then have to tell him, she had earlier dated a priest and before that she was essentially a prostitute. She feels no guy would want to date someone with that kind of a past. "I am damaged goods" she concludes. Silver argues that she is more damaged that Annie, as she is having a baby with a gay guy. Silver suggests that Annie should go out with Colin and if later he finds out about her past, she can deal with it then. Annie agrees with her and decides to pay heed to her advice. Liam's co-star manages to find him in the woods. "How did you find me?" Liam asks visibly surprised. "I grew up hunting and fishing in Montana. I know how to take care of myself" she replies. The two then have a heart to heart and seem to bond. Naomi, who has been looking for Max all over the campsite, finds him lying alone under a tree. She apologizes to him for earlier and for running the whole weekend. Max says he knows she feels the ropes course is silly, but it's important for him that Naomi be able to trust him. Max feels Naomi wants to tell him something, but she says there is nothing. Max then says "Naomi I know about the kiss". Max then hands her the photos of her and Alec kissing. "Alec trusted me enough to tell me the truth and you didn't" he says and walks away. Max later asks her as to why she couldn't simply tell him the truth. She in turn says that Alec is the one who set her up by kissing her and then taking photos of it. "He was trying to prove that you had cheated on me once and that you would do it again" Max says. Max then adds how Alec had told him she would never tell him about the kiss, but Max was sure that she would, but adds that he has been proven wrong. Naomi with tears in her eyes apologizes to Max for not telling him the truth, and promises to him that she will "try to do better". "You really hurt me Naomi. I don't know if we can go back to the way we were before" Max says. Dixon tells Navid, Liam wants him to open the bar, so there is really nothing much Navid can do about it. Naomi signs up to work at a strip club; as she loves the attention the strippers get. Annie and Colin return from their date together and Annie tells him how, it was probably the best date she ever had. Naomi on the other hand seems to be planning something to get back at Alec. The episode ends at this point.

Adrianna admits to Annie that her and Dixon have got intimacy issues as he continues his recuperation. Colin sets Alec up and exposes his attempts at sabotaging Naomi and Max's relationship. Navid is suspicious of Silver and Liam. But Liam has his eyes set on Linsey.

The episode begins with Liam looking over the renovation of his bar. Silver pays him a visit and asks for Navid. Liam says he isn't around and asks how Silver is doing with her efforts of getting pregnant. Silver says, she is still trying to get pregnant but with little success. They both are glad that they are talking again and in the process give each other a friendly hug. Navid walks in just then and is baffled on seeing the two of them hugging. Max talks to Alec and Naomi in his office. He asks the two of them to get along, as they both are the most important people in his life. Max then goes in for a group hug, which is clearly something that Alec and Naomi aren't into. Colin and Annie are hanging out together. She tells him "I really like spending time with you", the two are then about to kiss, when there is a knock on the door. It's Riley at the door. He has come searching for Dixon. Annie says Dixon isn't home, but Riley decides to wait for him right there. Liam drops out of his business class and hires his professor Lindsey, who also works for a law firm to be his lawyer. He basically wants an agreement drawn up between him and Navid, for the bar. Naomi on the other hand tells Silver about her plan to get some dirt on Alec, so she can "neutralize him". Silver agrees to help Naomi with her plan. Annie and Adrianna discuss about Dixon and how touchy he has been "lately". "I feel so far away from him right now" Adrianna says. She doesn't know if it's because of him or because of herself that, she feeling the way she is. "We don't connect, we don't have sex" Adrianna adds. Annie isn't too comfortable with Adrianna bringing up her and Dixon's sex life. Adrianna with tears in her eyes tells Annie, how she can't bring these things up with Dixon, with the state he is in. Liam makes it clear to Lindsey that, he has hired her only because she would look at his report during class, but now that she is his lawyer; she is obligated to do so. Naomi enters Alec's office and tries hacking into his computer. She is unable to figure out his password and while she is at it, she is caught red-handed by Alec. Alec says, he is way out of her league and she shall never be able to take him down, as he shall always be one step ahead of her. "So why not maintain what little dignity you have left and give up" Alec says. "Because Alec, I never give up" Naomi replies with a smile and walks away. Later at home, Naomi tells Annie and Colin about what happened at Alec's office. Colin from the conversation and from Naomi's phone figures out that, Alec has been tracking Naomi by tracking her GPS location. Colin using his skills reverses the process, giving Naomi complete access to Alec's email account. In Alec's inbox Naomi sees mails from Madison, the girl Max was supposed to get married to earlier. Turns out, the emails are about Naomi. Alec was pressuring Madison to hire Naomi to plan her wedding. Naomi figures out that Alec knew Naomi would ruin the wedding. Naomi then plans to get Madison to talk to Max about what Alec did. Silver finishes her routine at the strip club; she has recently joined, and tells a colleague of hers that she is enjoying the whole experience. Riley sees Dixon in some discomfort and asks him to see a doctor, but Dixon for the time being only wants to concentrate on his impending gig at Navid and Liam's club "tonight". Navid on the other hand begins feeling that; Silver and Liam are getting back together again. He apparently isn't happy about it. Naomi meets up with Madison and profusely apologizes to her, before telling her about how Alec is giving her a tough time. She then asks Naomi to come to Navid's do, where both Max and Alec will be there. She feels Madison being at the do, will help her bring out the truth about Alec's true intentions. She wants to show Max the kind of person Alec really is. Madison isn't too keen on helping Naomi, but in the end Naomi manages to convince her, by telling her to help for Max's sake. In the night at the do, Dixon again begins experiencing discomfort while DJing. Adrianna walks up to Dixon and tries to have a talk with him about their relationship, but he seems too preoccupied with his work and blows her off. She is visibly hurt by his behavior and walks away. Later, Dixon begins performing for the guests. Max and Naomi too are enjoying themselves and dancing along to Dixon's song. Just then Madison walks up to them. Max is visibly surprised to see her. Naomi says she ran into Madison and decided to invite her for the do. "Madison came here tonight because she wanted to tell you something" Naomi says. Just then Alec enters and on seeing Madison, walks up to her to talk to her. Max receives a call from work and says he will be back in a bit and then they can all talk. Naomi reveals to Alec, why Madison has come. Taylor joins Adrianna who is sitting all by herself on the beach. "I guess the problems Dixon and I were having before the accident never really went away" she tells Taylor. Her problem is that, Dixon won't even discuss the issues they were having, despite her trying her best to bring them up. Taylor basically asks her to move on and kisses her. She kisses him back and the two begin making out on the beach. At the club, Dixon finishes his performance amid loud cheers. He then looks around searching for Adrianna. Navid hugs Dixon and commends his excellent performance. The two then decide to have a drink. Later, Nelly Furtado comes onstage to perform. Naomi and Madison are busy enjoying themselves on the dance floor. Alec joins them to have a talk with Madison. He asks Madison to not help Naomi, reminding her that Naomi is one who took Max away from her. Alec says he is innocent, and only hired Naomi because Madison thought Naomi's work was the best. Naomi asks Madison to not listen to anything that Alec has to say. Alec then comes in again and tries to get Madison on her side. While they are both tugging at Madison, she bangs into someone and falls to the ground. Lindsey and Liam in the middle of arguing with each other, end up stripping each other's clothes and having sex. One of the guests at the club records the two of them doing it and shows the video to his friends. Navid comes in just then and asks for the phone, so he can delete the video. He is surprised to see Liam having sex with his teacher, in the video. Max comes back to the party looking all flustered and tells Alec and Naomi "we've been hacked". Turns out, Max's company's secure server was hacked. Alec is shocked on hearing this and comments on how all the sensitive information of the company is stored on that server. Colin receives a text while talking to Annie, and excuses himself. The two kiss and Colin then leaves the party. Colin is then shown getting into his car and telling someone on the phone, how he hacked into Max's company's server, and they can now get all the information they need. The episode ends at this point.

The Con

The episode begins with Lindsey and Liam making out with each other in the car, inside a parking garage. Liam tells her he doesn't want to keep their relationship a secret, but she wants to keep things under wrap until till she figures out certain things. Alec and Max are trying to figure out as to who hacked into their computer. Max explains to Naomi who is also in the room that, he had designed a new gaming software and it has been stolen from the server. He feels whoever has stolen it can market it and make a lot of money. Naomi suggests that Max immediately launch the gaming software, at a gaming convention called "Phenomicon" that is going to take place from the very next day. That way Max's company would be the first to launch the software, instead of the hacker. Max is down with the idea and asks Alec and Naomi to help him. Riley apologizes to Annie for his behavior at the launch party. He admits to Annie that he likes her and that is why he got jealous of Colin. Annie says she "appreciates" his honesty, but wants to give her relationship with Colin a chance. Liam is also going to Phenomicon to promote his film, and Silver asks to tag along. Navid apparently isn't too happy about that. Adrianna and Dixon on the other hand are having their differences. She then pays Taylor a visit. "I've got 10 minutes" she tells him, and the two begin kissing each other. Max and his team are getting his software ready for Phenomicon. Naomi has organized for everyone to work comfortably, from her home, so the software can be ready on time. "You can focus on the math, I will focus on the morale" she tells Max. Annie brings in Colin to help Max. Navid is worried Liam is going to break Silver's heart, as by now he is sure, Silver and Liam have hooked up. He plans to show the sex tape of Liam and Lindsey to Silver, to prove to her the kind of guy Liam is. Dixon has a talk with Taylor and tells him how he has been "a kind of jerk lately" and has hurt Adrianna in the process. Dixon says Adrianna is the most important thing to her. Taylor is visibly disturbed to hear this. Naomi is doing her part to pep up Max's team, while they are hard at work. Max and team in the end complete their job, successfully. Right after, Colin is shown quietly sneaking out of the room. Naomi, Max, Alec and Annie head for Phenomicon, the next day. At the Penomicon, Liam asks Silver to give Navid another chance, as he still likes her. Later, Liam autographs his photos for fans. He is surprised to see that Lindsey has made it to Phenomicon, just to be with him. "When you find someone you really want to be with, figure out a way to make it work" Lindsey tells the pleasantly surprised Liam. Adrianna once again pays Taylor a visit, to have sex with him. Taylor stops her in the middle of making out and tells her that he met Dixon and also tells her what Dixon said to him. He makes it clear to Adrianna that, he didn't sign up to be the guy, who she uses every time to get revenge on her boyfriend. Taylor asks Adrianna to end her relationship with Dixon. "I will as soon as he makes a full recovery" Adrianna says. Taylor on his part feels that, Dixon has already recovered and therefore Adrianna doesn't have to wait any longer. He makes it clear that they won't have sex any more until she comes clean with Dixon. Annie is surprised to see Colin at the Phenomicon. She and Naomi feel he is there to surprise her. Annie sees Colin making a public announcement at the convention, and is visibly surprised. "Today gaming technology takes a huge leap forward" he tells a cheering crowd. Naomi joins Annie, and they are both shocked to find out that Colin has stolen Max's idea. Alec and Max too arrive at the scene and are shocked to find out what Colin has done. Max and gang are in a quandary, as to what they should do. They cannot exhibit their software, as it would look as if they are copying Colin. Adrianna returns home to have a talk with Dixon and finds him lying on the floor. He says he can't feel his leg. Adrianna is visibly worried and says that he needs to be rushed to the hospital. Silver runs into Navid at Phenomicon. She asks Navid if he would like to hang out with her. He is surprised at the offer and realizes that, Silver isn't seeing Liam after all. He immediately realizes his folly in handing Liam's sex tape instead of his movie to a crew at the convention. Basically, Navid had done so to get back at Liam as he thought Liam was cheating on Silver, but now that he knows the truth, he rushes to remedy the situation. Lindsey openly declares to the media that, she is dating Liam. Navid tries to retrieve the sex DVD, but is unable to do so. The sex DVD is then played instead of the first 10 minutes of Liam's movie. Lindsey and Liam are shocked to see this, but the crowd seems to be enjoying every moment of it. Lindsey runs out of the convention in embarrassment. Liam and Silver figure out that, it is Navid who is the culprit. At the hospital, Dixon admits to Adrianna that, he hadn't been taking his pain pills and that is why he collapsed in pain. He confesses to her that he is an addict, and was worried he would get addicted to the meds, if he started taking them. Adrianna figures out Dixon only snapped at her the night of the event, because he was in pain. Dixon says he didn't want to let her down and that is why wanted to do his best at the event. Dixon tells Adrianna how much she means to him and how after the accident he promised himself that, he would earn his second chance with her. "I'd be the man you want me to be. The kind of man who always puts you first" he adds. Adrianna is visibly guilt ridden from hearing all the things that Dixon is saying. Silver confronts Navid at the convention. He tells her that he did not record the sex tape, someone gave it to him. He says he did not want the whole world to see it, but only her. "Why?" asks Silver. Navid replies that he only wanted her to see the kind of guy Liam is, before she hooked up with him. Silver is outraged to hear this and makes it clear to Navid that she and Liam are just friends. "The only reason he lied about his professor is because she wanted to keep their relationship a secret". Silver adds. Silver adds how it was Liam who was encouraging her to get back with Navid, but after what he has done, she can never forgive him. Riley arrives at the convention to inform Annie about Dixon, as she was unreachable on her phone. She tells him about Colin and what he has done. The two, then end up kissing each other. Alec and Naomi get into a fight about Colin and end up blaming each other. Max intervenes and asks the two to get along, but Naomi says that's not possible as she has tried her best and it hasn't worked. She asks Max to choose between her and Alec. Lindsey breaks it off with Liam and says she can't live a public life, like he does. Adrianna tells Taylor, she couldn't come clean with Dixon. Taylor feels Adrianna still loves Dixon. Adrianna says she is confused and doesn't know for sure. "I can't do this anymore" Taylor says and breaks it off with her. Navid tires apologizing to Liam but he is, in no mood to forgive and ends his partnership with Navid. Max chooses Naomi and asks Alec to resign from the company. "Our marriage just cost me my best friend" Max later tells Naomi. The episode ends at this point.

The episode begins and Silver finds out much to her frustration that, she still isn't pregnant. Adrianna informs Dixon and Annie that she has gotten an opportunity to open at the Hollywood Bowl. They are both excited for her. Later, Dixon asks Annie for a loan of $200,000 as he wants to start a record label. Annie is initially reluctant as it's a lot of money, but in the end gives in and agrees to be an "investor". Max is too busy with work and Naomi voices her discontent at being ignored as a result. Naomi tells Max "you have to hire Alec's replacement" as he can't keep working "like this". Naomi then randomly goes through a few resumes and comes across an apt candidate, named Bryce Woodbridge. Max too seems impressed with Bryce's resume. Naomi suggests Max have an interview with Bryce later in the day and then hire him. Silver asks Liam to go along with her to a fertility clinic. She wants to find out why she isn't able to get pregnant. She wants him to come along, as she doesn't have the courage to face another medical crisis alone. At Max's office Naomi is surprised to find that, Bryce is actually an attractive looking woman. Max on his part is very impressed with Bryce and decides to hire her. Naomi isn't too happy with Bryce being a woman. Liam gets an anonymous letter that reads: "Where's Vanessa? I know what you did. You can run, but you can't hide". Naomi doesn't want Max to pick Bryce. Max figures out that she doesn't want him to pick Bryce "because she is a girl". Naomi admits Max is right. Naomi then suggests she and Max work together instead of him hiring someone. After resisting a bit, Max eventually agrees. He then asks Naomi to handle a few German bankers who are his clients and are coming into town the next day. Dixon is told he might have to undergo an operation for his spine, if the meds don't work. Dixon is worried because; if the surgery doesn't work he might end up in a wheelchair permanently. Liam punches a paparazzo, hounding him about the sex tape and in the process breaks his camera. Dixon decides to propose Adrianna for marriage, but Annie doesn't feel it's a good. "I think this is exactly the right time I need to start thinking about my future and what I really want" Dixon argues. "But what about what Ade wants?" Annie counters. Annie feels Dixon shouldn't be asking Adrianna to marry her till he knows for sure if he will recover completely. "You care about somebody, you learn to deal with it" Dixon says. He then asks Annie to keep this to herself. The doctor tells Silver, she would be put through an IVF procedure, in order to stimulate pregnancy. Liam is later arrested by the cops for assaulting the paparazzo. Adrianna sees a text on Dixon's phone from the jeweler, who he is buying the engagement ring from. "I didn't see this coming" a visibly shocked Adrianna tells Silver. Adrianna tells Silver about Taylor and all that they did. "It's over I made a mistake. I love Dixon" Adrianna then tells Silver. Silver concludes that, it wouldn't really be too great if Dixon finds out about Taylor and Adrianna after the engagement. She feels Adrianna has to come clean with him. Adrianna agrees. A female cop named Ashley is appointed by his studio to protect Liam. Liam isn't too happy about it, but plays along. Riley is beginning to feel that Annie is making too much of a big deal, out of him being in a wheelchair. Annie on her part does her best to convince him that she is not, but to no avail. Dixon is informed that he wouldn't need the surgery as the meds are working. The whole gang later arrives at the Hollywood Bowl to see Adrianna's performance. Annie is waiting at the entrance of the Bowl for Riley, who hasn't shown up yet and isn't receiving her calls either. Adrianna on the other hand begins her performance. Liam arrives at the Bowl with his bodyguard. Annie receives a text from Riley telling her he won't be able to make it. Annie isn't too happy about it. She asks Liam to inform Adrianna that she won't be able to make. She then leaves to deal with the issue. Adrianna finishes her performance amidst loud cheers from the audience. She then goes backstage where Dixon is waiting for her. Dixon says he has to ask her something. "Dixon before you do this, I have to tell you something" Adrianna says. She is then about to tell him the truth, when Naomi and the rest of the gang make their entry. Naomi is excited that Dixon is going to propose, but Dixon makes it clear to everyone that he isn't. He instead hands Adrianna a box of diamond earrings and tells her that she is the most important thing to him, and not his music. "I am starting a recording label, and I want you to be the first artist that I sign" Dixon says. "I want to be with you in life and in business" he adds. Liam sees Silver in some discomfort and realizes that its one of the side effects of the IVF treatment. He decides to rush her to the doctor. Naomi realizes that, Max isn't too happy since the time Alec has left. She decides to do something about it. Annie finds Riley frolicking in a pool with a bunch of women. She is livid on seeing this. "Why are you doing this?" she asks him in anger. Riley is basically angry as he feels Annie thinks less of him, because he is in a wheelchair. Annie protests that she has never said such a thing, but Riley argues she has made him feel so by her actions. Riley basically wants Annie to treat him like a normal guy. The two in the end come to an understanding and patch things up. Riley then playfully pulls Annie into the pool and the two begin making out. At the hospital, Silver informs Liam that she is now fine thanks to him bringing her to the hospital in time. Turns out, her eggs will have to be harvested and she now only has one shot at having a baby. Naomi meets up with Bryce and tells her, she has to take up the job at Max's company. Naomi basically realizes that Bryce is very much like Alec and only she can fill Alec's void in Max's life. "You are the perfect candidate. Max needs you" Naomi tells Bryce. "I'll come work for Max" Bryce in the end says. Max is pleasantly surprised on finding out what Naomi has done and reiterates how much he loves her. In the morning in bed, Dixon asks Adrianna "what would you have said if I had asked you to marry me?"Adrianna skirts the subject by saying she really doesn't know. Liam is still bothered by the anonymous letter. Ashley in the meantime is shown getting a tattoo of Liam's face on her back. The episode ends at this point.

Naomi wants to get into a West Bev Alumni group, who are throwing an event and does everything in her power to get in, such as donating a building, injuring her opponent in a football game and throwing a party at the Playboy Mansion. When she meets the woman who has been sabatoging her events, she finds out that she used to bully the girl because she used to be overweight and decides that being in the alumni group is not important to her and apologizes to everyone she has hurt by embarrassing herself. When she returns home, she finds out that Bryce played Max and got him fired from the company once again, hurting their fragile relationship. Teddy returns for the alumni event and tells Silver that Shane broke up with him. Shane shows up and reveals that Teddy has been ignoring him. Teddy tells Silver that he is scared of getting into a serious relationship due to what happened with him and Ian, so Silver decides to show Teddy that it is okay to face your fears by performing her burlesque act in front of everyone. Teddy and Shane decide to continue their relationship but Shane gets mad when he finds out Teddy and Silver are having a baby and tells him that they need to talk. Dixon is happy when Adrianna signs with his record label until he finds the video of Adrianna kissing Taylor. When he confronts her about it, she tells Dixon that she slept with him. Dixon breaks up with Adrianna and kicks her out of his apartment but before she leaves, he tells her that even though they are no longer together, he still owns her due to her signing with his record label and decides to call it: Unfaithful Records. Annie gets a double blast from the past when she sees her cousin, Emily at the event and finds out she is now a successful blogger, making her feel like she is a failure. She also sees Jasper, who wants to apologize to Liam for what happened between the three of them, two years ago. Meanwhile when Liam continues to get threats about Vanessa, he tells Annie about what happened to Vanessa and the two confront Jasper, who reveals he is now in film school and wants Liam to read his script as a sign of forgiveness that Liam accepts. Annie decides to start her own blog and writes about her relationship with Patrick and Liam forgives Navid and has him move into the Offshore while Liam moves to a new undetected house. It is revealed at the end of the episode, that Vanessa is alive and enjoying herself. Carmen Electra, Denise Richards guest star and Taio Cruz performs.

The episode begins with Liam waking up from a nightmare. Navid comes knocking at Liam's door wanting to make up. He apologizes to Liam for all that he did. "I feel awful. I am sorry" Navid says. Liam isn't in a forgiving mood and says "some things you can't forgive and forget". Dixon tells Adrianna that he has the contract for his new record label. He also mentions how he is going to sign her, who is now a rising star and his girlfriend. Dixon feels Taylor would be able to suggest a good name for his company, but Adrianna immediately stops him from calling Taylor. "This is our thing, we don't need anybody's help" she says. "Absolutely right" Dixon says, agreeing with Adrianna. Silver is quitting her job as a stripper as she has two "healthy embryos" waiting for her. Naomi is desperate to gain a membership into the elite ladies West Beverley alumni group and feels she might just get in. Max leaves for work, as he has a big merger coming up. A woman named Gwen, who is from the alumni group, pays Naomi a visit. Gwen reveals that there is a spot that has opened up for membership, but there are two women vying for it. "Its between you and Felicity Hathaway" Gwen tells Naomi. Gwen adds that, "this weekend" at the West Beverly alumni event, it will be adjudged as to who is apt for this opening. Gwen suggests Naomi find some way to "dazzle" the members of the alumni, so she can get in, as Hathaway is already planning something impressive. Naomi begins her endeavor of trying to dazzle the members of the alumni, to get in. At the alumni meeting, Annie sees all her old classmates and friends. She isn't too happy to see many of them. Teddy tells Silver, Shane has broken up with him. Silver says he pregnancy plans are going just great and she will be pregnant the moment she gives the doctors a go ahead. Naomi proceeds to make a "very special presentation" at the alumni meeting. Naomi declares that, she has donated a new "fashion science building" to the school. She unveils a billboard with a photo of the building and her photo on the side. Everyone is shocked to see the word "Bitch" scrawled in red, across her photo. Naomi figures out, it was Felicity who did this. Naomi decides to get back at her, during the alumni banquet Felicity is going to host in the evening. Jasper an old friend of Annie and Liam, who they had a falling out with, approaches Annie and asks her to tell Liam to meet him. He says he has something really important that he wants Liam to see and that Liam's "future could depend on it". Annie is baffled at what Jasper has just said, but he leaves before she can ask him what he exactly means. Naomi makes sure Felicity injures herself during a game of "touch football" and takes over her alumni banquet. Shane comes searching for Teddy and runs into Silver. Shane reveals that it was Teddy who stopped talking to him and stopped returning his calls, when Shane said he wants a serious relationship. Silver is shocked to hear this. Shane wants to have a talk with Teddy and find out, why he has been avoiding him. Liam receives a call and is shocked to hear the call he made to 911 when Vanessa fell from the balcony, being played. Naomi hosts the alumni banquet at the Playboy mansion. Naomi is overjoyed at how grand an event its turning out to be. Max asks Naomi "are you sure it's worth doing all this just to get into a club?" Naomi assures him that, she is sure and tells Max the connections she will make once she becomes a member will help his career too. Max says he has to leave for office, as his merger is coming though. Silver confronts Teddy about Shane. "It's complicated. I don't want to talk about it" Teddy says. Silver drags Teddy to Shane who is standing nearby. Teddy stops her and admits that he is scared to commit to Shane, as his previous relationship was a "disaster". Silver tries to talk reason with Teddy, but he says he isn't fearless like Silver is. Liam tells Annie about what happened with Vanessa. He now feels someone is using Vanessa's death to blackmail him. Annie in turns tells Liam that she met Jasper and reveals what he told her. Annie feels Jasper is apparently still holding a grudge. Silver tells Shane, what Teddy told her. "Don't give up on Teddy just yet. I have an idea" Silver tells Shane. Dixon in the meantime sees a video of Adrianna and Taylor making out, while searching for Adrianna's music videos on her computer. The video is from the time when Taylor was helping Adrianna make her music video. Dixon is visibly shocked to see the video. The girls from Silver's burlesque club are slated to perform at Naomi's event and Silver decides to join them. The gang is shocked to see Silver, performing on the stage with the other girls. At the end of her performance, the crowd cheers for her loudly. "You were amazing" Naomi later tells Silver. Dixon confronts Adrianna about what he just saw. "Teddy I have never been fearless, I just found a way to pretend. I wanted to show you that" Silver tells him, about her performance onstage. She basically hints that Teddy let go of his fears and give his relationship with Shane a try, as the outcome might be "amazing". Teddy sees Shane at a distance and proceeds to talk to him. Silver is happy that her plan worked. Adrianna apologizes to Dixon about what happened between her and Taylor. "There is nothing to talk about, it's done" Dixon says and walks away. Liam meets Jasper and he hands him a screenplay for a movie. Jasper says he is trying to get his "first real movie made". "My dad says he will finance it, if I get a bankable actor for the lead" Jasper adds. Hence he wants Liam to star in it. Jasper says he wants to bury the hatchet, between them. Liam in the end says he will take a look at the screenplay. Naomi finds out that her photo at the unveiling was vandalized by a girl named Reese, who she had humiliated when in school, simply for being obese. Naomi makes up for it, by going naked in front of all the guests and apologizing to anyone she made to feel awkward or embarrassed in school. She adds that being popular, or being a member of an elite club, doesn't matter, if "you have to step on people to get there". She says she isn't the same girl she was, when in high school. Later, Teddy and Shane thank Silver for getting them back together. Shane is visibly shocked when he hears Teddy donated his sperm, so Silver could have a baby. "Look I think this is something we need to talk about" Shane tells Teddy. Dixon tells Adrianna their relationship might be over, but he has full control of her music as she signed a contract. "I own you" he tells her. Also, he has decided to name his company "Unfaithful Records". Max informs Naomi, the merger went through. But, Bryce made sure Max got fired from the board of his company by convincing the directors, he wasn't needed on the board anymore. Liam and Navid on the other hand make up. Vanessa it turns out is alive and is shown getting out of a swimming pool and drying herself. The episode ends at this point.

The Things We Do For Love

The episode begins and Naomi, Silver and Annie are out holiday shopping. Nomi tells the girls how Max has been depressed ever since Bryce got him fired from the board of his company. Annie and Naomi are both confused as to what they should get for their partners for Christmas. Annie also reveals to the girls how she wants to attend a writing program in Scotland and if she chooses to go she will have to be there for 2 years, although she hasn't made her decision yet. Silver says she has to get a "release" signed from Teddy, so she can have the complete custody of her unborn child. Dixon tells Riley he is planning to give Megan the girl from his group therapy class a gift. Riley concludes Dixon is interested in Megan, despite Dixon denying it. Navid and Adrianna are decorating Liam's bar for Christmas. Adrianna tells him how Dixon hates her and she is feeling worse as it's the holidays. Navid too is missing Silver. Liam receives a photo with a gift basket. In the photo Vanessa is shown lying senseless on the beach right after she fell from his balcony. Behind the photo is a demand for $500,000. Also mentioned is the time and the venue, where the money has to be delivered. Naomi returns home and is shocked to see Max sitting with Alec. "You're not welcome here Alec" she says. Alec says he only came over only because Max is in trouble. "Let me apologize for all that I have done wrong. I am here to make it right" he says. Max says Alec wants to start a new company with him. Naomi isn't crazy about the idea and Max tells Alec he will have to talk to Naomi about it, before he can make any decision. The two have a talk in private and Max urges Naomi to let him deal with the present situation on his own. Silver is shocked when Teddy tells her he wants to be their child's father and therefore doesn't want to sign the release. Basically Teddy doesn't want to be "the bad dad" his father was and therefore wants to raise the child with Silver. Silver doesn't seem too crazy about the idea but Teddy asks he to "think about it". Annie tells Riley about the writing program in Scotland and how if she is selected she might be away for 2 years. Riley isn't happy to hear this and makes it known to Annie. Naomi meets Navid and tells him get Max's job back, by going on a date with Bryce who has recently broken up with her fianc. Naomi suggests Navid meet Bryce on the pretense of business. Basically Naomi was told by Bryce that, someone was out to get Max which is the reason why the board fired him. She wants Navid to find out from Bryce who this person is, as Bryce won't tell her. In return Naomi offers to help him with his Christmas party. Liam shows Annie the ransom demand behind the photograph. Annie offers to give Liam the money. Liam initially resists but Annie says "take the money and use it to find out who it is". Liam then reluctantly agrees. "Liam make the drop, I will videotape the whole thing. It's the only way to find out who it is" she says. Adrianna catches a glimpse of Vanessa in a beauty salon and is visibly shocked. Silver and Naomi discuss the thing with Teddy. Both the girls agree that Shane and Teddy being involved in the child's upbringing when they wouldn't be in the same place Silver would be in could be a problem. Basically, to the child it would feel like the parents are separated. Silver doesn't want to put her child through it and decides to tell Teddy that he can't be involved. Adrianna comes looking for Liam but is told by Ashley that he is out. She tells Ashley to pass on the message to him that she saw Vanessa. Ashley is visibly shocked to hear this and asks Adrianna to keep this news to herself. "I wanna keep tabs on Vanessa and I don't want her tipped off" Ashley says. "Yeah for sure" Adrianna says. Bryce and Navid are out having a drink. Max is angry when he finds out; Naomi is trying to fix things with Bryce, when he had specifically told her not to get involved. He taunts Naomi about how he is left with no one but her, thanks to her urge of fixing things. Liam is on his way to pay the ransom when he is apprehended by Ashley. Ashley tells him she is there to protect him, but Liam asks her to relax and go to Navid's party. But instead, she handcuffs Liam and says he is under arrest. Navid finds out that Bryce was dating Alec for two years, until they recently broke up. She also reveals that it was Alec who her, her job. Alec told her exactly the things she needed to say in order to impress Max. Alec got her to promise that she would fire Max once she got the job. Navid is shocked to hear all of this. At Navid's Christmas party, Annie and Riley apologize to each other and make up. Dixon surprises Annie and Riley by throwing away his crutches and informing them that according to his doctor, he is nearly healed. Silver tells Teddy that she was touched by his offer, but adds "I really want to do this alone". Teddy isn't happy to hear this and questions Silver as to why Shane and he can't be involved in the child's upbringing. Silver argues that she doesn't want to complicate her life or the child's, but Teddy isn't down with this argument. In the end Silver reminds Teddy they made a deal and he simply can't take it away, she then storms off in anger. Navid tells Naomi about all that he has found out from Bryce. Naomi is shocked to hear all of it. Annie in the meantime is waiting in her car at the designated spot; where Liam is suppose to make the drop off. She is tired of waiting and is about to drive off when she nearly cashes into another vehicle. Annie gets out and sees that the driver of the other vehicle is Vanessa. Annie is shocked to see that Vanessa is alive. "Where's my money?" Vanessa asks her. Ashley brings Liam to an empty garage and tells him he can't go back to Vanessa. Liam is shocked at what Ashley is suggesting, but Ashley makes things clear for him by telling him what Adrianna saw. Liam also figures out that it is Vanessa who is blackmailing him. Liam asks Ashley to un-cuff him so he can go talk to Vanessa, but Ashley says "I can't let you do that". She then injects him with some sedative. Shane threatens to take Silver to court, if she doesn't give in to Teddy's demand. Dixon on the other hand tells Megan that it was her dad's truck that hit his car. "I was there when you dad died" he tells her. Dixon assumes Megan would be mad, but much to his surprise she kisses him. Naomi confronts Alec about his wrongdoings and while she is ranting away in anger she realizes Alec is in love with Max. "Please don't tell him" Alec says. "I know what I did was wrong but I didn't want to lose him" Alec says. Naomi realizes she is doing the same thing Alec tried to do and promises Alec she won't tell Max a thing. Riley decides to go through with a risky spinal surgery, just so he can see Annie happy. Naomi returns home and finds a note from Max mentioning that he has taken up a job in Iceland. Liam finds himself chained and gagged in the basement of his own bar. The episode ends at this point.

The episode begins with Liam in captivity and gagged. Ashley is sitting in front of him watching him. She removes his gag to feed him. He asks her to un-cuff him and she assures him she will once she makes sure he is no longer in danger. Liam says he is in danger now as she has made him her prisoner. But, Ashley is too crazy to listen to his reasoning. Ashley comments on how she is not just a cop but also his biggest fan. She shows Liam a tattoo on her shoulder of his face, proving to him just how crazy she is. Dixon and Megan wake up in bed together. The both seem happy in each other's company. Adrianna arrives to have a talk with him and is shocked to see the two of them together in bed. Adrianna is there to take up the issue of a song she is being told to sing by Dixon. She doesn't like the lyrics but Dixon reminds her she has signed a contract so she has no option but to sing it. Adrianna leaves in a huff and a little later Megan too leaves, much to his surprise. Teddy tells Silver they should only talk through lawyers till they can come up with a proper compromise about their baby. Naomi is missing Max and knows her marriage is on the rocks. Adrianna arrives and tells Naomi about her issues with Dixon. Naomi for the both of them to get away from things suggests that just the two of them go for a long drive along the coast. Adrianna likes the idea and agrees. Annie and Vanessa in the meantime are trying to find Liam. Annie still feels Vanessa has done something to him. Vanessa comes to know about Liam's bodyguard that has been provided by the studio. She calls the studio for the contact info of the bodyguard and is told Liam's contract did not provide for security, so the bodyguard is a fake. "Office Ashley isn't who she says she is" Vanessa tells Annie. Adrianna and Naomi indulge in some skinny dipping while on their drive. They return and find their clothes missing. Naomi is extremely worried as her wedding ring was in the pocket of her pants. A couple tells them they saw a few bikers steal their clothes. They are told that the bikers hang out at a club, a mile up the road. Naomi decides to go to the bar to get her ring back. Ashley tells Liam that she was suspended from the police force months ago for "erratic behavior". "If you weren't assigned to me then why are you doing this?" Liam asks her visibly baffled. She tells him that he needed her and she would rather die than let anything happen to him. She tells Liam he needs to be taken somewhere safe. Liam makes it clear he won't go anywhere with her. She then shows him he would be travelling inside a large box. She tells him he will be shipped to Southern Mexico in the box. "You are insane" says a visibly terrified Liam. Megan tells Dixon that she feels he still has feelings for Adrianna, so she wants to walk away now before she gets hurt. Dixon doesn't argue with her when she says this. Silver meets Teddy's uncle Mr. Sanderson and tells him she is having Teddy's baby. He is visibly shocked to hear this. Annie and Vanessa get Ashley's address from the cops and arrive at her house. In her house they see wall dedicated to Liam and figure out how crazy Ashley is. At the bar Naomi sees a woman wearing her pants. She confronts her and the woman says she bought the pants for 10 bucks from a guy at a gas station. The pockets of the pants are empty and the woman assures Naomi she knows nothing about a ring. Silver tells Sanderson the whole issue between her and Teddy and asks Sanderson to try and convince Teddy to let her raise the child alone. "Just leave it up to me" Sanderson tells her reassuringly. Adrianna befriends a biker dude and to make Dixon jealous, asks him to come along as her date to Dixon's record label launch party. Annie and Vanessa find out from bills in her house that Ashley has bought quite a bit of surveillance equipment. They also see the address to where the equipment has been ordered. They conclude Ashley must be keeping Liam captive at the address. Naomi pays her mother a visit. She discusses the problems in her marriage with her mother. She also brings up her mother's relationship with her father and the reasons for their divorce. Her mother tells Naomi she knew deep down that she did not feel Naomi's father was the right guy for her so she didn't fight for him, even when she found out he was cheating. She pretended everything was perfect in her relationship for Naomi and her sister. "What I know is I have spent years being miserable. You are smarter than me Naomi" she says. She tells Naomi that she is fighting for her marriage, which is a good thing. Naomi on her part wonders if it's too late. Naomi breaks down and tells her mother she can't imagine how she can hold on to her marriage if she can't even hold on to her ring. Naomi's mother gives Naomi her grandmother's ring and tells her that her grandmother was happily married for 60 years. She tells Naomi that she needs to decide if Max is the man she is going to fight for "or let go of". Adrianna arrives at Dixon's event with the biker. Annie and Vanessa arrive at the address where Liam is. Vanessa plans to distract Ashley and asks Annie to call 911 in the meantime. Annie emotions how Ashley is dangerous, but Vanessa says she owes this much to Liam after all she has done to him. She also reveals that she still loves Liam. Vanessa put her plan into action and actually manages to distract Ashley. At the event Dixon tells Adrianna that he doesn't want to hate her anymore, in fact he doesn't want to feel anything for her anymore he tells her. Adrianna is visibly hurt when she hears this. Teddy's uncle arrives at the club with Silver to talk to Teddy. Teddy isn't at all convinced by his uncle's argument, especially when his uncle suggests Teddy and Shane will never be a real family. Basically, his uncle doesn't believe in gay marriages and can't believe a gay couple having a child can really be called a family. Silver is shocked by what his uncle is telling Teddy. Teddy is livid and tells Silver he can't believe the level she is stooping to, in order to not give him custody of his own child. Sanderson then shocks both Silver and Teddy by telling them, embryos are considered family property and he will file a motion in court to have the embryos destroyed or frozen. Ashley and Vanessa begin fighting and Annie in the meantime rescues Liam. Liam sees Ashley beating up Vanessa and proceeds to help her. Teddy in anger tells Silver, she will never have his baby. Liam on the other hand, tazes Ashley and rescues Vanessa. Ashley manages to get up and is about to shoot Liam, when Annie intervenes and tries to wrestle the gun out of Ashley's hand. During the struggle the gun goes off. Silver calls her doctor and lies that she has gotten her donor's signature. She then forges Teddy's signature on the consent form. On the other hand it's shown that Annie has been shot in the stomach. Annie collapses to the ground, with Liam looking on helplessly. The episode ends at his point.
