Well, yes, you do have a good point. It does bring good TRPs. I know one of my dadis really loves that the judges coming and singing with the contestant. I don't mind them singing at the end, but in between the performance talking and singing at random can and does throw off their performance. My cousin also commented on the same thing: Why do they keep talking?
I do think it's okay for them to say "sur check karo" and "relax ho kar gao". I would feel more encouraged as a contestant if the judges told me that. Even here, reality show judges tell them to relax before singing. They have even offered some of them water or to come back and sing later.
