1)Season1Episode 17- Hell house

juz lovd sam n dean's pranks on each other.. n also d website guys were awesome

2) Episode 19 - Provenance

not much of comedy but d way dean was trying his best to hookup sam wid dat gal was so damn good

3)Season2 Episode 15- tall tales

Mr.Trickster arrives

4)Episode 18 - Hollywood Babylon

Dean working as PA on set

5)Season3 Episode 3 -Bad Day at Black Rock

samy's bad luck was really funny

6)Episode 11 -Mystery Spot

dean dying agn n agn n agn n 1 more time..

7)Season 4 Episode 6 - Yellow Fever

dean becomes 'man of flash light'

8)Season 5 Episode 5 - Fallen Idol

samy is fan of Gandhi n dean's reac to it..hilarious

9)Episode 8 - Changing Channels

play ur part says trickster cum gabreil

10)Season6 Episode 15 - The French Mistake

Well don't recall 10 but some off the top of my head are :

The French Mistake.

Changing Channels.

The Ghostbusters one was good.

The bad luck one when Sam woke up with "Heat Of The Moment".

but i guess in seaeon 7 there was this scene were sam says that levithian goo has been used in all corn syrup using items...and that can eat only bananas and water loved dean's displeasure LOL
