So, Nidhi is pregnant...and Mallika has given up her claim on Ashutosh. Kya baat hai...what a proud woman.

When you are left with nothing in a relationship , a dignified exit is a better alternative mallika is classy enough to know this great update as usual thanks

she is indeed a proud woman, Doc...what follows is Nidhi's display of immense courage and strength...you know only too well that I love Ashu more...but when it comes to this FF, Nidhi is my pride and joy!

Mallika sure is classy...she did resort to underhand tactics to start with...but that brought her face to face with an Ashutosh she no longer recognised...and once she realized that the relationship was past its sell by date, she preferred to make a dignified exit!

Sujatha, fabulous chapter.

Mallika has agreed to the divorce. Better to end a dead relationship then to prolong it. Wow, Nidhi is pregnant.

Cliffhanger! Interesting... how will Nidhi react to seeing Mallika in Ashu's arms?

What do i say? no words come to me to describe ur writing...so i would simply what i like in ur chapter and y?

"Yes Sir...what Mallika wants, Mallika gets!"

These words sum up Mallika perfectly. And, yet as i read further, these words seemed an irony - i mean, mallika failed miserably to get fav. underdog (Sorry no offense to Ashu fans, but this kind of sums ashmal marriage) and of course he house of cards, which got blown away by a storm called Nidhi. So, in the end, mallika didnot get what she wanted

"Anjie, I need to protect my interests...only If my interests are at stake...when I know my interests are his priority even more than his own, why should I look out for myself'?"

Wow, this is Nidhi - this kinda love is not found atleast not today. such blind trust.

"I know you came into her life before I did...so thank you, Anji...for loving and protecting my Nidhi all these years...you are welcome to continue...but believe me, you will have me for company!"

"Well, she was my Nidhi before she became yours!"

"I accepted that you are my senior on this, didn't I'!"

Nidhi cut into their friendly bickering.

"Hello...I am not some object for you to be fighting over...I am a living, breathing person with a mind of my own'!"

Both of them looked at her with wide eyes.

"Really?"

She punched Ashutosh on the shoulder and put her tongue out at Anjie.

Loved loved just loved this exchange between the 3. the dynamics of anji - ashu relation are so different here - first the slap, then the distrust and now, the palpable insecurity over his visit to Mallu's family. and yet, u can see a mutual respect and love between them.

Nidhi turned beetroot red at that.

"Haye haye' Jeejaji, I must give it to you...you have actually made my sherni friend to blush!"

"You mean you've never seen her blush before?"

"You mean she has blushed before...when was this...please tell!"

"You see the day we got married in Agra..that night at the hotel...she sent me in to have a shower...and then when I came out...mmm!"

Nidhi stopped the flow of words with her hand.

"Ashutosh...will you please stop it! I am sure Anjie does not need any further details!"

Anjie rolled her eyes.

"What do you mean, Nidhi...of course I do...Jeejaji, please continue..what happened after you came out of the shower?"

"Both of you are equally shameless!"

Oh they are discussing nidhi's blushes, so cute Sujata

Hamari pasand kitni milti hai Sujata - this is one of my all time fav. too. and 'Jalte hain jiske liye makes me go absolutely nuts -- kya lyrics, kya une kya melodies, and of couse kya soulful yet romantic voice hai

loved the armaan ashu convo too - armaan is so mindful of nidhi's depth of feelings for ashu and the immrense risk she took.

U had earlier given an outline of story. i hope it is not nearing the end... pl. continue this ff for a long time.
