TRP still below 1?

Latest TRP list does not have MLTAK even at 1, the bottom of the list.  Means it is below 1?  Any one knows?

It means TRPs are so poor that the show is below #20. D'oh

The TRP list that I saw had 35 names, MLTAK is well below # 35 !!! Disapprove
