Coriander/Cilantro Mint Chutney with Aloo Tikki/ Pakoras/ Sandwich
-A bundle of chopped coriander leaves with stalks
- A fistful of mint leaves
- Juice of half a lemon
- 3-4 green chillies
- 1 tblspn of sugar
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- Cashewnuts (Optional)
- Little bit of water to make the consistency thinner
Grind all the ingredients in the mixer and enjoy this tangy-sweet chutney with chips, potato patties or kebabs. Can also be used as a spread to make sandwich.
