Meanwhile, Doctor cm out 4m examination hall. All rushed 2wards him. He informed all dat she is ok & sleeping due 2 injection. But... 'But' dis word pinch all lyk a niddle & all asked 2gether, Wht but??
She is alright na Doctor?? sulo asked.
Nt 2 worry c z alright & u cn tk her home... Bt Mr. Desmukh i want 2 ask u a qus, whn we examined her brain whe found sm weird in her brain!! Manav got more worried & tense, he asked doctor if all right archana wid archana. He assured him bt also told him dat seems Mrs. Desmukh already went through a measer accident or a dangerous lyf tkng mental state!! Disz words voulents him & he yells at doctor, "What u mean of Mental State?? & who de hell r u 2 talking abt my wife lyk dis?? Sachin cm & try 2 calm down him. Doctor instantly appolozies him, I m sry, Mr. Desmukh. I didn't mean dat at all. Actually i found smthng weird in her reports. It seams lyk c had already gone through a mesure brain operation!!! Any ways u cn tk her home. By hearing doctor's words sulo got more woried & tens dan all. Dis didn't unnoticed by purvi.

The guy wid Disha, who just looks lyk Arjun, is her love & husband Dibesh & the guy who is wid Diya is her fiancee & Dibesh's twin brother Dipesh!! All r stood speechlessly by hearing her word. Ovi, who stood betwn Arjun & Purvi starring shockingly at both. Arjun had tearfull eyes & purvi 2.
Sulo told all dat Mr. & Mrs. Mehera parents of Disha & Diya died in plain crash whn the grls were o9ly of 2 yrs.

As Mr. Mehera was an Millionar so dat grls hadn't face any financian prblms bt dey always felt the lack of their parents love. They were so connected as they r twins & they hv no1 except each other. They were lyk 1 soul 2 bodies.
As tym passes & they grown up & their love 4 eacho ther becm more strong.
Both Disha & Diya were gd students so dey join Oxford University 2 cmplt their graduation. Their Disha meet a guy name Dibesh Yogi a eligble handsome bachlore who cm 2 cmplt his management course. Both Dibesh & Disha falls 4 eachother at 1st sight whn at other side Dipesh also falls 4 Diya at 1st meeting. Love starts bloosome in 3's mind. Aftr so many tries Dibesh put his heart in front of Disha at valentine day & Disha also accpts it. Dey decided 2 get married. Dipesh couldn't confess his Love 2 Diya aftr sm many tries 2. Both Dibesh & Disha decided 2 get married at fixed date. Marrage happnd. Diya was so happy & sad 2 by thnkng dat nw Disha leave her alone. During biddai Diya mk Disha blush by telling dat c should soon gv a niece 2 her & dey hug. Aftr dat Disha left.
1yr passed. Diya cmplt her management & Disha gv birth 2 a angel named "PARI" by Diya. Diya used 2 play wid Pari whole day. Whn tym cms 4 leave Diya again getting sad by thnkng dat nw c again bcm alone. By seeing her willingness 2wards Pari both Dibesh & Disha started 2 gv hint abt Dipesh who still love Diya madly!!
Precap: Disha is leaving wid Dibesh. Bfr getting into car c turned 2wards Diya & Pari nd told herself "why it seems dat aftr nw i won't be able 2 see Diya & Pari again"!!!
