CONFIRMED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!So here the story unfolds ... Rajeev Aggarwal the Hockey Coach is Rachna's would be Husband's Elder Bro.

Following are the instances are the Proof :
1) Rachna's MIL got scolding from her hubby about not informing the son about Rachna's marriage proposal , and she might lose younger son also as she lost the elder son. he stressed on the fact that :'Tumhari inhee harkaton ki wajah se tum apne bade bete ko kho chuki ho, woh humse dur ho gaya hai, ab chote bete ko bhi kho dogee'"

2) When Rachna Refuses to play in the hocket team : Rajeev Aggarwal when in agression at night time is practicing playing Hockey alone in night is asked by his colleague that : "Sir you fought with your family & left ur home to play hockey, what do you get with this minimal salary"

3) In the beginning It was mentioned 3-4 Times By Rachna's MIL that the elder son is not married we are looking for a match for younger son.

4) Now Rachna & gang standing outside Rachna's in laws house 'Aggarwal Villa' 

So the climax would be that when Rachna will realize that she loves Rajeev Sir & not her Fiancee then the Climax will unfold that  Rajeev sir is none other than Rachna's MIL's Elder son
