before continuing this story, i need some information..

I mean i'm not from india, havent ever heard about child marriage except in movies, so how binding and important is such a wedding in your eyes and the indian society, cause i dont wanna hurt anyone's views on marriage due to my lack of knowledge.

Marriage is very important but child marriage is wrong. I think you should continue your story. It's very interesting and I don't think you'll hurt anyone here.
