iPhone 4s Screen Protector? Yes or No?

I have been using a screen protector since i got my iPhone 4s last month. Should i keep it on, or take it off and just leave glass?

I absolutely hate scratches so keep that in mind before you respond! Thanks!

Btw, what about this iphone screen protector? I found it on bornprettystore, It looks really cute, but I don't know if it works.
