It's Kings Cross Station ( platform 9 & three Quarters )

The hint I gave - disappointed best friends once is about when the Barrier didn't let go Harry & Ron in COS..

Ist line - despite being Muggle like ( a station, platform & train & all ) it's magical ...

2nd line - it laid foundation of relation Harry - Weasleys ( it all started when he asked how to reach platform na )

3rd line - indicates towards the Harry - dumby convo after Harry's temp. Death when Harry feels relief & nice & tells Dumby that he Reckons its Kings Cross Station

4th line - Almost every part ( except HBP ) ended on Kings Cross laiding foundation of another part & DH ended on Kings Cross indicating start of A new era Of wizarding world

PS - I am sorry if the clues were not sufficient & language was typical..& I hope it makes some sense

I think its harry potter.
He has been harry and voldemort too, as his and a part of voldy's soul rests in him. Dumbly and snape "act"(and dont let him know till the very end) as though he is only harry. He escaped death as a child and another time when he returned back from death.
