I am owned by almost one and all

i think the answer is a Rat(scrabbers aka wormtail). Not sure though..but seems to fit the clues.

Hey...Thanks for the appreciation Varun.

I understand why you said 'Rat' but Scabbers was owned only by Percy and Ron.

And Ron (though tall) did not actually want scabbers right.

HINT: Think of other tall people from the series and what they wanted.
