I cant reply to a PM sent by a member...

Is it because we've chatted alot on that one topic and i need to send her another PM...?

Try to send a new pm to that member and see if it works. Though it should not happen what you are saying. Has that member blocked you now? Unless blocked you should be able to send the PM.
