If you want to make better your skin thenyou should habit to wash your face 4-5 time with cold water in a days as well as your should your herbal product like face wash as well as face cream. you should even you can't get result then you should visit your family doctor and get advice from him. they will definitely helps to you.

Hi., washing your face continuously will reduce oiliness in the skin. Eat tons of foods containing vitamin A, including peaches, spinach, eggs, apricots, cheese, and meat. Your body needs vitamin A to produce a chemical called sebum. Sebum keeps both hair and skin moist and lustrous. Consuming vitamin A will help you to have strong, healthy hair.

There are some wonderful beauty tips shared by all. I like to thank you all and also add some more points to it. Apart from Drinking lots n lots of water and milk in a day... also do some early morning exercise like jogging, some meditations n all and take balanced and nutritional diet accordingly. This will also add glow on your face and you will feel refreshed all day through...

And one more tip. Apply honey on face and then wash with cold water. U will get smooth clear skin.
