From a criminal lawyer to a ...

This is a serious question,I don't know much abt lawyers but I guess like doctors and engineers,there r lawyers of different field.Viren was shown to be a criminal lawyer,so now can he fight a case concerning abortion and mental torture cuz it in no ways is related to crime? Like a cardiologist,cannot do the work of an oncologist,or vice versa,can lawyers change their fields to fight a case?

Logic doesnt exist in this show!! Don't waste ur energy or time ovethinking it,, because I'm sure the CV didnt!!

There is nothing like categories in lawyer profession.viren is famous as criminal layer that's it.they can take up any cases

Actually there's a different kind of lawyer for different fields, Criminal Lawyers, Defense Attorneys, Prosecutors, Family Court lawyers, Corporate lawyers, etc ... Only these daily soaps could have a criminal lawyer head a medical trial ... lol ... please don't pay so much attention to the details or you wont enjoy the show😉

There are field in lawyers afcouse according to specialization in PG and just like doctor they fights case related to their fields only (But they hv studied everything in basic).Maanvi has filed the mental torture case actually. There is clauses and section related in IPC ( A criminal law ) .I m not sure stay against abortion comes under which since That has not covered in my course up till now.But leave the logic I say.LOL. I just does not matter even.They hv ruined medical aspect now Its about legal procedures.

The good thing was they shown lady judge and according to me if We really look for it court would value Human life worth 21 year more than few months back baby and It should clear the verdict.But dunno How Its gonna be clear when spoiler says Viren thinks they might loss a case !

LOOL maybe it could be like mentally torturing is a crime or something so he can fight the case i dunno but could be😆

So what if he is specialised as a criminal lawyer! Thats of no siginificance... it aint medecine where people's life hangs in the balance, its law! Where a couple of books does the trick! As a lawyer regardless of being specialised in criminal or family law, we tend to explore more and hence more cases are taken by us!..  As stated earlier, reading a couple of books, fighting for and against arguments (so ur learned friends do not surprise you) and have a few cases to back up your point! - ( and ensure your gr submissions and  arguments are clear and to the point- its not that big of a deal- that he is now representing a family oriented case- from being a criminal lawyer)
