That was in the hospital scene na... but that is an old practice... they did it even in the Shashi babua hosp scene...no she is not supposed to give out medical information of any sort... this one gave false info about mood swings with respect to Anjali to the client who hired her services i.e. ASR

Love story tho love story hai and it was and is not sudden... Shyam and Anjali were the other two pillar's ..
