Only Visha is having her dinner dee and i already had my dinner at 7 pm and i don't know why Visha takes her dinner very late at night.And it's morning for you and so have you taken your breakfast yet?

@Karsuh - I had breakfast at 6 am this morning - I am now having some fruit for mid morning snack - Diabetic so have to eat at certain times -

Yes dee, you have to take care and eat at a certain time and my hubby also has diabetic and he is on heavy medication.

Karsuh, I was just diagnosed 2 months ago with no warning - I am on mild meds and seeing dietican so managing quite well

Dee my hubby got it because of hereditary and his mother had it and he did not take care with his food and he likes to drink beer and so he got it and i'm so worried because he doesn't bother about it and i'm like telling him to cut down on beers and food and take care of his health but now he is working in Australia and i really hope he listens and takes care of himself.
