So Anjali wants Shyam back.. Arnav in all likelihood will first say no but when Anjali stops eating etc will have to bring Shyam back..
in the middle of all this can he really think about getting married...
Also, I am wondering if the mahaepisode is linked to them getting married or Shyam coming back home
