This was his chance to check her out properly, to take in her heaving chest but instead he kept his eyes lowered to the ground. Somehow, he couldn't bring himself to do that. Not to her. shows there are boundaries he won't cross and the respect he has for her... loved that bit about him! finally the two are together and life has come full circle
