Perception differs from individual to individual...

Many have not visited or stayed in those countries long enough to truly understand.

Yes in fact nice does not mean good. Nice would generally mean courteous and pleasant.

Azerbaijan, Monaco and Togo.

Oh, and add Lesotho, Swaziland, Liechtenstein, Cyprus, Slovakia, Slovenia, Cook Islands and the Canaries.

I'd say perhaps Switzerland, New Zealand and Japan rank very high.

Oops never been to any of them yet.

If humans are basically good then most people would be okay. But a few bad hats can give the whole country a pretty bad name. Most people in Malaysia are basically nice, but the state of Johore in Malaysia has a very high crime rate and ladies get robbed in the wash rooms too !

I guess we gotta narrow down the search to a smaller geography ..Have you ever been to Wankashire in England? Where i lived when i was alive ? Till last August that is..The place where Jizz Us Christ was the President? Yes.. that was where the nicest and the gayest as in happiest people on the face of the world dwelled. Ask my dead Gf / Bf & they ll tell you that...Don't be forlorn of all hope guys..Come to the Hell..Come to me...and I guarantee that your perpetual search for such place would end right there and then..
