Nope Isha will not reveal anything to Sid 😆 as she herself doesn know anything abt Pia but she will defo say that Abhay has a thing for Khushi's nanny 😉. Its something else all together U will know in next update n I suppose one of my readers have already guessed tat 😆 but not the entire thing 😉 Sid finding out will be in the very end n by then lots of things would have gone wrong in his life 😭
