I think CVs and IPKKND lost all credibility today. I did not watch the ep. and simply am reacting to the written update. So ASR's whole life, his name, his world view, EVERYTHING is based on a lie and a BIG MU! His mom thought the husband was having an affair (WHICH HE WASN'T- it's pretty clear from the version ASR himself remembers) and had the bright idea of killing herself (Dadi was right, ASR's mom was weak) and then the dad in order to prove his love for his wife and / or not being able to live with shame killed himself as well (selfish weak guy, considering he had TWO KIDS!) - so ASR and Anjali are kids of two selfish weak people - IS IT ANY WONDER THEY TURNED OUT THE WAY THEY DID! Two selfish weak people who end up killing themselves for their own selfish reasons, raise kids who do everything for their own short-sighted selfish reasons (ASR marries Kh over MU backstabbing his love for her - ruining 6 months that cud have been spent better; Anjali believes in Shyam, backstabbing ASR and putting her whole family in danger) - well, just like their parents LOST BIG, these two haven't fared well either.
But what is most troublesome is that ASR's character and reason for anger, his life experience all was turned to dust today. Before this, he had a moral ground to stand on - his past was dark, his parents had a terrible end, all because his dad was bad and mad for some low aukaat woman who did something for money - well, atleast that was the assumption and frankly that was the only leg ASR ever had to stand on and the ONLY REAOSN EVERY FAN GAVE FOR HIS BAD BEHAVIOR AND RUDE/MEAN/CRUEL ANTICS TOWARDS KH - ('oh, he is not really bad, he just has a weird way of showing his good side; oh, he has a past that is blocking his feelings for Kh' blah). WELL, CVs JUST SHOWED US THAT ASR WAS NEVER RIGHT TO BEGIN WITH - SO WHAT'S THE MORAL BASIS FOR HIS CHARACTER ANY MORE????
This guy, hero, who was never perfect to begin with was just converted into a freakin LOSER and WIMP! My God, Kh can actually dump this guy and marry someone better cos who wants to be with someone who WAS WRONG IN THE BIGGEST DECISION HE EVER MADE - THAT OF BELIEVING HIS MOM OVER HIS DAD WHEN BOTH WERE EQUALLY WRONG OR ATLEAST MOM WAS COMPLETELY!
ASR WILL EVENTUALLY TAKE UP HIS ORIGINAL 'MALIK' NAME, LOVE HIS FATHER AND FORGIVE HIS DEAD DAD FOR EVERYTHING - AND ALL WILL BE WELL! So what's the basis for his character anymore? Healing means you were right and now have learnt better way to deal with your pain and know past is past. Well, CVs just told us that ASR had NO RIGHT TO BE ANGRY AT HIS DAD AND MISJUDGE HIM TO BEGIN WITH - Since his dad was never wrong (and like all SP 'male' families, ASR's parents were pristine and noble and never wrong!)- AND THAT TRAFFIC SIGNAL OF A GRANDMOTHER, AKA DADI WAS RIGHT ALL ALONG! WT-????!!!!!!
I doubt the TRPs will go higher. CVs you suck for another week.
