Oh kashi. She brings a grin to my face. She's so funny.

Pallavi is my absolute favorite in this story, although I love all of the characters. She's so unbelievably awesome.

Its 3 in the morning. My head hurts to the core. All I feel is sleepiness. But now that I have the 41 chapters of KH revolving in my orbits, I am at peace. You, my good lady, are the reason I shall find good sleep tonight. Thank you :)

Why does Arnav see things that have nothing to do with him? [Can be a rhetorical question]

Is Arnav connected somehow to Kashi? Is that why he got up like that? I love Pallavi. She is such a big sister. I loved Arnav threatening her to wake up! "I will kiss you so much that your poor father will expire in the spot!" Really now, Arnav? He makes me shake my head, in a good way. The way Pallavie and Arnav interact is so interesting.

Thanks for the update, D! I loved the update!

As a 16 year old studying in a girls only school in Dubai, my connection with the notion of love is very limited. 'Love' at first is my parents. I can safely say that if such a thing as love truly exists, its among my parents. Apart from that, love is what I have seen from stories, books and movies. I started out believing that love is a bond for kisses and hugs, the physical warmth of which is the primary reason we live. Then for some time I felt that it was the mental need to stay connected with one person throughout eternity. Something more of a necessary need to carry on life with all its hurdles and the like. I was a romantic, someone who took delicious pleasure in watching dupatta flying, eye locks. I still do enjoy it but I have not applied it to my life. Now, love is more or less a form of living you chose to have, working out best when its not obligation. I am not a very open person despite having a good mouth. I have always been on the listening side of any conversation. People say love is about ying and yang. Maybe it is but I have learnt that love is too deep to have a clear cut definition. Love isn't pure and love sure as hell isn't blind (it always knows); it isn't cozy and it most definitely isn't se*. For me that's what marriages are about. And as the traditional girl I am, I believe in being a one man woman be it in love or marriage. If I am blessed, I want to find myself living the two as one.
BTW, I have to admit that at this point my respect for Pallavi is at its peak. Love is a brutal truth. Its there or its not. Living with lost love isn't about grieving. Its because your love has outlived its cause, proving that you have just become the best person you can ever be. Love has that power. Pallavi is the best example I have seen till date. What I just said is purely for me. I don't want know what it feels like to have lost a loved one. But in all my spirituality and a dash of wisdom (miserly given to me from my mother genes) this is all that I believe. :)

Brava!! You may only be 16 but you show more sense than people double your age -  I wish I was as clear sighted about the notion of love when I was 16! LOL

I also wanted to say this is the one of the threads where I enjoy reading the comments almost as much as reading the story!

Thoroughly enjoy this ff Clap. Read all the chapters in one go. Loved the way you potrayed the maturity in Pallavi's charachter, emerging passion b/w the leads, the air of mystery and superstitions around the illam. Being a dancer myself the chapter on the various navarasa was my favourite.Smile
Ps: lovely pictures, especially pallavi with her veena

Me so ashamed of myself. I've been a very bad stalker. And a very irregular comment-er too! *sad pout* But kya kare. I've got exams just round the corner, and studies are on. In full swing, mind you.
But my daily dose of KH made me log on to IF today. It's like an addiction. So what the heck. I'm sure math can wait for an hour or two. xP

Shall I start from 'Abomination'? This was a confusing chapter, at first. I could NOT, as hard as I tried, figure out who was who. But on reading the next few chapters all the pieces fell into place.
You naughty girl. I've been away for a few days, and you've brought about such a MAJOR waala change?! xD ;)

Chapter 38. That woman again! *shudders* Me not likey ghosts at all. And just my luck, I was all alone on this floor when I read this update. *shudders again*
Kashi understands Arnav so well now. It always makes my heart melt. Have I said this before? Oh well. I'll say it 100 thousand times more, cuz its true! :D

"When have I ever needed a reason to be angry?"  she asked, her voice a whisper now.

This line made me crack up. I like Kashi even more now. She is confident enough to be able to crack jokes on her own behavior. Always a trait I find interesting in a person. Self-deprecatingly humorous. :D

Chapter 39. Oh my. What a twist. How interconnected they all are, we never realized that. And Kashi's father may have been aware of this fact since Day One? That is certainly puzzling! What were his intentions?

He would run from her... and from this place...

Aww. Kashi! This woman amazes me, Every. Freaking. Time. Look at her reason for telling Arnav the truth. She is ready to sacrifice her own feelings and his, for the sake of their ancestral property.
Heartwarming, and at the same time heartbreaking.
Only you can bring about such contradictions in such a manner. Hats off.

Chapter 40. I'm pathetic I know, but what is Der Schrei? Wait, lemme Google it. xP
Oh. The Scream. Or more specifically, His Scream.

Your so awesome. I worship you now. Love your attention to details, man. Love 'em.

Ohk, will read the rest later. Gotta run now! Bye Bye! :D
