Can someone change the banner of CG

The banner of CG doesnt look good and does not suit with forum. So can someone change the banner. Is mods going to change it?

FOr that we People need to Make another One, we already have a New banner Contest Janu Started but I think No one Made any till Now

so we need to make banner.. but how? plz tell me. We will start the contest 2morrow..
