SUPER 8 - Match 4

The format of SUPER 8 ROUND-ROBIN LEAGUE is, every team will compete with any two of the seven teams on a HEAD TO HEAD basis. In each episode a team has to give 3 performances (1 song, 1 dance and 1 variety).

The Top 4 scoring teams will head to the SUPER 4 -- Semi-Finals.

Round 1 - Variety

Maruthani (shekar & priya) - kathakali & kathak - 28

Uravugal (5 team members) - kalaignan's struggles - 30

Round 2 - song

Gowri (uravugal) - "thesulavuthe" & "minsara kanna" - 25

Group song (maruthai) - "vande mataram" - 19

Round 3 - dance

Maruthani - "thottaal poo malarum" - 23

Uravugal (swetha) - "venmegham" - 27

Total

Yesterday's episode was pretty entertaining.

The first group dance by Vellai Thamarai was fun, also their Mime dance was awesome!

Thirumathi Selvam preformed well on all the rounds.

I wish Deepak would lose the scarfs lol!

Waiting for Karthigai Pengal. They seems to be very innovative.

The judges are good too, not like G.

Saw a few performances, show is really picking up well and great to see better and good performances now. Dev was rocking last week with 3 performances if I'm correct.
