A very very brief update will do :)

Even I was waiting for 19th Aug WU...I cant watch it

It's about multiple spirit posession in Ladakh.

The episode started off with a woman lying on a bed and 3 pandits performing Pooja around her. The lady is possessed and keeps breathing heavy and acts as though she's responding to their Pooja. But she makes the main pandit kill the other two by taking over his spirit. The 3 pandits are shown dead while the lady laughs and a man is shown watching all this.

Scene then cuts to USA 2010, I think. Narrater explains that Anita Patel was posessed by multiple spirits 15 years ago in Ladhak. Her husband took their daughter, Richa and left for USA. He couldn't tell his daughter what happened and so Richa assumed he left her which created a rift between the father and daughter.

The same lady in the first scene is shown bathing a little girl and singing her a song. Richa wakes up from her dream saying she had the same dream again. She realizes shes late and quickly gets up. She checks her grades online and then starts looking at some pictures of Ladhak. Narrater explains that not just Richa's career but her life also depends on her grades as she's planning to do a documentary on Ladhak. Her father comes and asks about the grades and finds out Richa is going to India. He's not happy but Richa doesn't listen to him and leaves. He talks to someone on the phone and explains what happened and they have to do something as Richa is not listening.

Richa arrives in India with her 2 friends. They're driving through a dessert-ish road and Richa feels uneasy. They get down to take pictures and as they go back Richa feels she saw someone but when everyone stops and has a look, there's no one. They continue on their touring and come at a monestry. A monk warns Richa not to come there again but they don't really care. However they leave for the day.

Richa comes back the next day and meets the same monk. She rudely tells him she's got permission to come here as she's making a documentary. While roaming around she sees a small window - this is where her mother is. She enters the room, it's shown that she goes through a line drawn (I guess a keep away kinda line). She recognizes her mother and tells her that though she doesn't really remember her she feels like it is her mother. Her mother also recognizes her and cries. All of a sudden the spirits take control and the mother behaves weird. The monks come and take her away and ask her to leave. She forgets her camera.

She comes back and tells her friends about her mother. The guy asks how she could remember her but Richa says just how she remembered her mother, her mother remembered her. She remembers her camera is there and decides to complain against the monks for keeping her mother like that.

Next day she goes with the police and the same monk that stopped her comes and she says she's going to take her mother and how can they keep her like that. He tells her to have a look at her camera recordings and them decide for herself. The lady is shown making weird faces and doing things that a normal person wouldn't even think of! Richa is crying. The monk asks that the lady is creating so much havoc while being locked can they imagine what would happen if she's allowed out? Richa gets disappointed and leaves.

She explains to her friends her worries and they decide to get an exorcist. They find a monk in the same monestry. He tells Richa that she must accompany him so she knows what she needs to do. They perform an exorcism on a girl and find out that the spirit in this girl seems to know about Richa's mother. They conclude that this is a very powerful spirit they're dealing with and so they must be careful.

They perform the exorcism and it goes wrong and the spirit in Richa's mother is too powerful and instead Richa gets posessed! In the process Richa's friend dies leaving her other friend shocked. The other monk comes and takes Richa away, he manages to free her straightaway. He gets very angry at the younger monk saying he couldn't do anything for 15 years and now he thinks he can get rid of the spirit so easily?

Richa and her friend are crying on their friend's death. Richa still believes she needs to help her mother. Her dad comes and explains his worries and why he hadn't told her. She asks for forgiveness.

They meet the higher monk and Richa explains that she wants to help her mother. The monk asks her dad how this posession happened but her dad is unaware but explains that Anita loved photography and would go by herself and take pictures all the time. One day she had been gone and when returned she was behaving strangely and would get angry for little things. He tells that the height was when she tried to drown Richa in the tub. He then admitted her at a mental hospital and asked various pandits to help but no one was a match for the spirits.

The monk explains that there's not one but 9 spirits in Anita and he has been studying their voices for 15 years, he knows he's right and he knows they're very powerful as they've been in Anita for a long time. He asks Richa's dad to get some pictures of them from back then so he can see if he can notice anything strange. They find a picture and the monk says it's of the outhouse where Anita had been locked up. He tells his younger monks to find out whats the story with this outhouse. Richa finds it on the net and reads out that there was a landslide that happened where 9 people were trapped, they were of different ages and couldn't be found. The monk tells them that they posessed Anita's body when she had gone to take pictures of the outhouse but now they're looking for a new body and Richa will be their victim. Her father asks why her and the monk explains that when she visited her mother the first time, she accepted their invite. He says that they need to do something pretty soon as time is running out and if they don't do anything they will take over Richa's body. Richa says she wishes to be with her mother so she wants him to do something that will chase the spirits away forever.

They decide on something and they bring Anita out by the outhouse and Richa talks to the spirits and tries to instigate them against each other - it seems the plan was to divide and rule. Anyway she says one of the spirits told her only he will posess her as he's the most powerful. The other spirits get irritated and slowly the monks start coming out and perform the exorcism. They successfully manage to remove all 9 spirits and lock them up in different vessels.

The real Richa is shown and she says her mother didn't last too long as the spirits had completely deformed her mothers body so much that it was reduced to nothing.

I ffwded when that doctor came and have her speech cos I find her way of talking annoying. :)

I thought this episode was really good, it wasn't scary but the actress that played Anita was SO good. She actually made it all believable. The last part where she takes all the different voices was really well done. There were however ALOT of loopholes.
