After a decade of family and romantic dramas highlighting
the television viewing
content, Star Plus introduces Arjun –
Indian television's new action hero, who
will take on the world of
crime head-on.
Arjun will be India's answer
to the crime-drenched, investigation-heavy Hollywood TV
dramas with each episode unravelling a new, thrilling
case that the superhero will
solve. Played by actor
Shaleen Malhotra, Arjun
will be the new symbol of
good, an annihilator of
crime and all things evil.
The one-hour
episodes will visit the
grimy labyrinth of murders, terrorists, assassins
and scamsters with fresh
cases  and mind-boggling
plots. It will see Arjun
driven by a single-minded determination to wipe
out crime from the city
deploying an unmatched
instinct and aptitude to
solve cases that fox the best
of minds in the force.

"Arjun is the superhero
that this generation is waiting
for. Every episode is bound to
fascinate the viewers through
never-seen-before scale of production – breathtaking
stunts, exquisite locations
and visuals. At Star we
strive to provide content
that is engaging and entertaining. Arjun is a step towards
the forticification of this
promise to our viewers," says
Nachiket Pantvaidya, GM,
Star Plus.
Against the book, averse
to authority, breaker of
rules, Arjun with his brilliance, skills and prowess
will prove to be the ultimate
foe to criminals all over.

Lol, the "breathtaking stunts" need more improvement but yes, otherwise, the show has potential - although this crime concept has been done very often in the past.
