How do we get this kind of effect like the text in this pic?? like only the text part is clear and the rest is blurred?

Also how do we get this kind of embossed effect in the text?

Hello can anyone please help me regarding Psp X4 as its eating my nerves day by day. Neither am unable to understand it nor i cant find any proper tutorials.

is it possible to insert gif into shapes ? in photoshop ?

i think u can do it...
here is tutorial...not written by me...
tell me if it is of any use...

HOW TO MAKE THIS GIF:

I chose the circle R cause you know its like the thappad is copyrighted by Arnav Singh Raizada xD

Now put the shape into the group, on top of the layers.

Ctrl click on the shape. so only the shape is selected, not the square around it. Then click on the whole group and add a layer mask to it by click that little button

Then it should look something like this:

Now delete the shape!

And there you go, you've shaped!

File > Save for Web and Devices. I like selective and pattern, but most of the time I end of lessening the colours and going to diffusion cause I have too many frames LOL.
