open an image go to layer->layerproperties and u will find there...

ps :i dont use pspx3 but use jasc psp so i think both are similar and answered it!!!!hope u find it!!!

hmm are u saving by the option save for web and devices right??

yes I am..it does save but when I want to upload it..like say imgur...the file is too big..so i dont know how to make the file small so it uploads

one way to reduce size is by selecting less colors...
or else u have online editors to do that...

or else download this one...it is used to optimize your file...

HOW TO MAKE THIS GIF:

I chose the circle R cause you know its like the thappad is copyrighted by Arnav Singh Raizada xD

Now put the shape into the group, on top of the layers.

 Ctrl click on the shape. so only the shape is selected, not the square around it.  Then click on the whole group and add a layer mask to it by click that little button

Then it should look something like this:

Now delete the shape!

And there you go, you've shaped!

 File > Save for Web and Devices. I like selective and pattern, but most of the time I end of lessening the colours and going to diffusion cause I have too many frames LOL.
