Arnav's dad mistake?

'Tab dad galath thay, Abh Shyam hai' arnav said something along them lines so does that mean he kinda confirmed his dad had an affair??

Yeah i thought so too. His dad must have fallen for KKG's mom or something. Somewhere KKG's family is involved in some way. Lets see the big surprise

Im assuming he had an affair, i mean it makes sense if he did because arnav says he does not believe in marriage or love, so seeing his father having an affair and destroying the meaning of marriage could be the reason for that
