Weight gain

HI,this is my first post on this forum,i want to put on weight, i want to increase 6 kgs in month,but i realy cant understand calory calculation,i have tried paying attention to it,bt i just cant calcute and eat,i would like ul to sugest me what to eat or a healthy regime.

Wow irst time i met someone wanting to gain weight! Lol that sounds interesting!

Well gaining weight i think is easier than loosing. Loosing weigh entails healthily a pound a week. Gaining weight i think can be done easily in a few days at least a poun or two.

Urm avg calories one should consume a day is 2000.

If you want to gain weight eat the foods that normally would be restricted on diets.

Eat processed items, foods containing higher fat content and sugars.

I feel bad saying it as it isnt ealthy at all! But just as a person id recommend it. Maybe u should visit a nutritionist/doc for healthier ways though!

Ideally to gain you want to consume at least 500 more calories above the 2000 a day. So 2500 a day.

... Oh and everday keep a journal of what you eat and next to it how much calories it contained in. The serving you had and at en of dat tally those calories up.

Well, calculate your calories required for maintenance first. And to gain 6 kgs in a month you need a 1500 calorie extra per day. It's too much that's why it is recommended to increase or decrease weight slowly. BTW, are you looking to gain muscle or just fat?

Add honey with milk while drinking it, you would put weight.
