First I went! Shweta's a doc! How convenient. 😆 Then I went! Maybe she did med school after law school!!! 😃 Brilliant girl. 

I love that shweta is doc... seems more interesting now... lets c what happens next

CVs may have changed the story in the last minute...Untill yesterday, Rishi and Swetha's story was taking leaps..with the marriage proposal and Rishi leaving SN with Swetha...but today Rishi came back home and she conveniently became a doctor...

This is very possible. They can be in the same university with medical college and law college. Living in the dorm together. Studying in the same library .they are school mates .So they know each other before college days.They might be in private school in Deharadun,or after they are separated she had 6 yrs to finish medicine.
