In yest. episode after hearing Shyama and Nidhi's conversation i wondered "2 Saal baad kya??"

Even if Ashu waited for 2 years what would Nidhi achieve in 2 years?

All we would have achieved just out of college is laying the foundation to start working. The first 2 years are merely a learning phase and they merely help decide the domain we would choose, the job role, the technical or management roles...
It is a learning phase career wise and a person with less than 2 years experience in most industries is still a considered as a fresher...

She wouldn't be able to pursue her masters and it seems like always the other doctor suggested she complete her masters, she herself is not interested.

So what would Nidhi achieve in 2 years other than complete her internship (hopefully...  ðŸ¤”)?

Any medical insights??

Divya, am no doctor but have been wondering about this too...she says to fulfill all her career ambitions in two years...what ambitions can she possibly satisfy except completing her internship...which was probably never in question anyway...specialization is the key today...and she needs to do her masters for that...that is a three year course...so she can't possibly do that within the next two years...

She could have at least told her to finish her internship and then start thinking of the baby...and prepare for her Masters in the meantime...and assured her that they would all stand by her side and ensure her dreams were not compromised...but she said none of that 😡

Valid point. For completing internship 1 year is enough. Why 2/?  Shyama has no belief in career after motherhood. the why she must wait for 2 years.and even complete internship.? Makes no sense.

Nidhi is not going to achieve anything in 2  years except complete her internship. Believe me, by the time a girl finishes MBBS, she is 23 almost, then one yr internship..most of the girls take a break after the internship for marriage, family, kids etc...and then go on for a PG like diploma/MD etc. And that can happen in Nidhi's case. Maybe what Shyama meant was to achieve emotional stability, or even a professional identity as a full fledged Dr with some real life experience...hopefully.

I think internship is usually the FINAL stage for completion of a degree.. n in 2 years she would have finished off her degree studies.. n decided on the future course... job or further study..!

Based on that enrolled for a course or hosp and taken the time off to make and have a baby .. n return..  with a supposedly supportive Ashu-BB n co!

Doc

you are come to the wrong place to relax today...everyone is wound up regarding last night's epi and the news that Mallika might harm Nidhi's pregnancy...after the hysterectomy, you will have to discuss D&C here... ðŸ˜†

Hey even the D& C procedure (and the Preceeding MC) can be turned around to improve bonding between AshNi...how they handle the loss...stop the blame game...think of the future...

NO I am not suggesting anything like that for your FF...

Thanks Doc,,,good to know we are making sense...this is exactly what most of us would want to see...finish her internship, have a baby and then go back for further studies...since she is already doing her internship, it should not take her two years to complete that...and like you said, babies are not conceived at the drop of a hat anyway...

So, what we suggested is what most MBBS students are doing...good to know our views are not so outdated after all 😊
