Exactly. Kegels are recommended by doctors and trainers too if I'm not mistaken to tighten the muscles. Who comes up with these gimmicky harebrained ideas like Vagina lightening and tightening gels. yes..if you start doing it during the pregnancy itself it will help even with the delivery procedure where you will have control over your muscles..many women have problem with invountary urination after delivery because their muscles go very loose..kegel exercises help to prevent that also..the thing i guess is many people are lazy to do kegel and they just want it easy and fast..c-section doesnt have all those disadvantages if you can bear with the prolonged pain and belly pouch!😆
