I know ... but that is a clause regarding fake/second marriage we researched this issue in context of geet... where she was duped in second marriage & victimiser had sex with the victim & the later thought he is her husband.
If MR marriage is real & MM marriage stands null & void then it would be like having an adulterous relationship... Isn't it?... I hope somebody have a legal & expert opinion on this...
