Sajini tells Ambi and Anuj to participate in the competition since Ved and her can't. Imarti objects and Ambi quickly recruits Kusum and Prakash for the competition and sends them. Prakash picks up Kusum in his arms and they both have an eye lock while the other two couple start running. Imarti is embarrassed and angry that they are having an eye lock in public like that. Prakash remembers the race and starts running and the other two couple loose because they dropped their wives. Prakash holds Kusum and she picks up the thing in the circle and they win.
Next up the they announce that husbands have to help get their wives ready so they know how much work goes into getting ready. Sajini volunteers but everyone dissuades her and Ved is not well and Babli tells Anuj and Ambi to go. Anuj wraps a saree around Ambi and ties her hair and Ambi is loving the proximity. She goes into dreamland but when the competition ends she comes back to reality. Another couple win this round.
The last one is with Saas Bahu and Sajini says she cannot walk with Imarti and before Kusum says anything Imarti tells her she would never pick her anyway. Ambi then says she will walk with Imarti. They tie one leg of Saas and one leg of Bahu together. There is only one other competing MIL-DIL as they and Imarti's family both won two rounds each. The other family conspires to throw a banana skin to make imarti's fail. Imarti tells Ambi to follow her as they cannot loose. Ambi tells her that she'll support her in every step of the way. The race begins and Imarti and Ambi are winning but the other lady puts the banana skin and Imarti is about to slip on it but Ambi catches her and keeps her from falling. They continue and win the race.
Imarti's family wins the competition and they call her on stage but she doesn't want to go and tells Anuj to go who asks the whole family to come with him but Babli tells him that there is no space and Ambi will go with him. They both go up on stage and take the trophy. At home imarti complains that she is in pain when Ambi comes to give the trophy. Imarti asks whats the use of this and Ambi says that its a symbol of her victory. Their family winning this comp means that they are the most united and they understand each other well and that is Imarti's victory. Imarti feels nice to hear it but then goes back to her usual self and tells her that in return she got this pain in her leg. ambi offers to massage her but Imarti refuses. Ambi says that maybe she still doesn't have a place in Imarti's heart and possibly the distance will make her fonder of Ambi. Ambi leaves and Imarti thinks that she will not let Ambi fly away so easily.
Anuj is packing and Ambi come and asks him why he is sad and its because he is thinking about leaving his family. Anuj asks how she knows what he is thinking and she tells him that wives have a sixth sense about such things but she doesn't like to see him like this. Anuj tells her that he is not sad but just feels wierd. He tells her that if she hadn't insisted so much he would not have understood how much he was going to need her in Delhi. Ambi tells him that she will support him all her life and in return he shoudl do the same and asks him to promise but Anuj doesn't say anything and turns away. Ambi says that there is actually no need to promise because if she is going to be with him then obviously he will be with her too. Anuj tells her to start packing and she asks him if she can listen to radio as she did that in the chakki. Anuj starts the radio and "Hum do Premi" is playing and he feels awkward but Ambi tells him to continue playing it as she likes the song. Ambi takes her sarees out and Anuj notices a poster of a teddybear with "friends" written on it. He asks what that is and Ambi tells him that she liked it a lot and searched everywhere for it but didn't find one so she kept a picture of it. One of her sarees fall and Anuj and Ambi both bend down and hit their heads. Ambi tells him to do it again or a black dog will bite him. Anuj thinks its ridiculous but Ambi tells him she doesn't want him to get 14 shots before his Delhi trip and they bump heads again. Sajini walks in and apologies for interrupting and tells Anuj that Imarti is looking for him.
Imarti notices Anuj coming and tells Ved that she knows he works hard but the accounting is always wrong in their business. She says its because they are running in a loss and she was hoping that now Anuj is going to Delhi with a promotion and he'll be able to save some money and send it but because Ambi is going with him he will have to rent a house and that way won't be able to save anything. She tells Ved not to mention anything to Anuj but Anuj comes and tells her why she is hiding things from him and he will not take Ambi along. Anuj comes back to the room and tells Ambi to unpack as she is not going and tells her the reason. Ambi thinks that this is Imarti's last play and is upset.
NExt morning Sajini asks Kusum why their acchar-paapad business is such a loss and Ambi tells her its because Imarti doesn't want her to go to Delhi. Imarti comes there to taunt Ambi that she will get nothing and the best thing for her is to leave and go back to her mayka as if she stays Imarti will teach her her ways and will trouble her a lot. Kusum says that maybe Ambi shouldn't have helped her as its because of that Imarti is angry at Ambi and doing all these things. Ambi leaves and packs her things and is leaving the house. Sajini asks Kusum why Ambi is leaving and Kusum says that IMarti has left no other option for her. Ambi is leaving and pauses at the door step.
Precap: Anuj is walking by as Ambi is leaving and some kids bump into Ambi and she drops the suitcase. Anuj sees her and is confused.
